Penginapan Home Inn di Hangzhou

I have to share this hidden gem of a hotel right by West Lake in the city center! It's super close to Wulin Night Market and West Lake itself. Not only is it in the heart of the shopping district, but you can also easily stroll around West Lake. The hotel environment is really good too. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well soundproofed, and the bedding is so comfy to sleep on. The lobby is bright with a modern decor style. The breakfast is also incredibly rich, a great mix of Chinese and Western dishes. And the service is exceptionally friendly!

The room was very quiet, new, and quite clean. I had a great stay for three nights. The location is also very convenient, close to the subway. It's only about three or four stops from West Lake to the Broken Bridge area. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Hangzhou!

This hotel is very near to train station. It’s a bit dark at night walking to the hotel but as a solo female traveler like me, it was safe. The room were fine, and the reception doesn’t speak in English but they have apply translate. There is a smell in the room and I think it was from the toilet sink, not sure where really came from but because I’m just there for a night & i can bear the hassle I didn’t ask to change the room.

Visiting Hangzhou and staying at the Rujia Neo Yongjin Plaza store was absolutely the right choice! It's just a 5-10 minute walk to West Lake, and right outside, bus 1314 takes you directly to Lingyin Temple. It's also super convenient for strolling around Hefang Street and Southern Song Imperial Street – the location is unbeatable. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and the hot water was instant and delightful. The front desk staff was incredibly enthusiastic, patiently recommending sightseeing routes and even proactively upgrading my room. The attention to detail was top-notch. The soundproofing was excellent too. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety, including freshly cooked snacks and fresh fruits and vegetables. After a satisfying meal, I was ready to start exploring and eating. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hangzhou!

The location is superb, right outside Longxiang Bridge subway station's C exit. Just turn left after seeing McDonald's and cross the street. It's only a ten-minute walk to the West Lake scenic area's musical fountain. The hotel is surrounded by great places to eat, have fun, and shop! I recommend choosing a twin room with a window; the space is much more practical. The room was a little damp, so it's best to keep the air conditioning on. The hotel's elevators require a key card to go up, which feels very secure. The front desk service was excellent. They proactively asked if I needed to store my luggage and offered free tourist information, which was quite convenient for a traveler.

The bed in the room is very comfortable. It really relieved my fatigue after walking for a day. The shower room has plenty of hot water. It's very good. If I come to Hangzhou next time, I will choose this hotel again.

There are three king-size rooms, one of which is relatively large but close to the street, and the sound insulation is not very good. Other aspects are quite good (for example, the hand sanitizer smells quite good, the disposable toothpaste is from China, the toothbrush cup and drinking cup are all wrapped in bags, which is very hygienic, and the air conditioner works very well). The other two are relatively small, probably because of the configuration of the Home Inn neo series king-size rooms, that's it. In addition, the water provided in the room is more in line with the usual room price. After all, it is only a holiday, and there are not enough rooms for sale because of the large number of people, so the room price is several times higher, which is normal (in the future, I would rather go out on weekdays, because there are so many people in West Lake, and I chose this Home Inn because it is close, but when I arrived at the West Lake at 7:30 in the morning, there were still many people!) The front desk service attitude is quite good, thumbs up. The security guy at the door was very nice. He helped direct and guide us to the underground parking garage (there were enough spaces because I had no room left. There were still four or five parking spaces in the underground garage, but it was quite difficult). The sanitation is pretty good. There is a small shop downstairs, so you can go downstairs if you need to buy something. I would like to praise the two ladies at the front desk. Their service was super good. Because the corridor was cleaned that day, they were very considerate and reminded us to be careful about the slippery floor. They proactively informed us of the floor and elevator location when checking in, and their service attitude was also very good when checking out.

Must praise the bedding in the room! The pillow is just right, the mattress is not soft or hard, I am tired of a day on a business trip, lie down and sleep directly in seconds, sleep until dawn, and the quality of sleep is directly full!
