Room is big and clean. Price is very affordable.There are a lot of shops near the hotel and the location is near Hefang street.

There isn't word to describe the fabulous stay in qiyupai! More than excellent in all aspects. First, the east meets west interior design is outstanding, love the zen tatami spacious room with a bathtub concept. Cosy living room area with a chinese tea set relaxing couch potato 🥔 experience. Right outside the room entrance is a unique bamboo garden. The service is top notch, too. Conceige offered help to do laundry overnight at free of charge. Really, you will regret not to stay at this premise. Centralized location with night market selling local delicacy and handicraft :]

I recently stayed at Qiyupai Hotel Hangzhou Xihu Hefang Street Branch and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is in a great location, with West Lake (Xihu) easily reachable by Didi, making it convenient for sightseeing. The room was clean and comfortable, but during winter, it was quite hot as the temperature couldn’t be adjusted, and the windows couldn’t be opened, which made it a bit uncomfortable. Despite this, the hotel’s prime location and overall comfort make it a good choice for travelers.

Hotel staffs not so accommodating. But overall spacious room and location wise itself is ok.

This is located in the best location ever. It’s very near to Xihu, all the popular morning markets and tourist attractions. Everywhere we wanted to go is just about 15-20 mins bike ride or car ride away. Super convenient, affordable and very spacious room too

Located within the Hefang shopping street where there’s no shortage of food finds! Totally recommended for anyone who’s checking out Hangzhou for the first time.

Everything was great with this place. Had a wonderful experience with friendly management team on site. The location was perfect in terms of good proximity to few destinations. Will come back again for next visit

Great location. Short walk to Qinghefang- tourist attraction. The Didi/taxis can’t drive right up to the hotel since it is on the old part of the street. If you follow the address supplied on trip.com, you will need to ask the person sitting near the gate/taxi driver which side/direction of the street you need to walk towards to find the hotel. Laundry service is available and free of charge. It isn’t self service, you will need to drop it off at the front desk and they drop the clothes back into your room. They limit the amount you wash each day. We traveled as a family during the peak of summer so went through a lot of clothes quickly but it is not a big factor for us.
