It was a very nice hotel. I was very pleased that they upgraded my room because I made a trip reservation. I recommend it.

Very good room facilities and very good hotel. Shortcomings: 1- this hotel must be turned to non smoking one. Or at least non smoking 1st floor. 2- volume of the music in elevator must be decreased 3- should add at least 1 more coffee machine into breakfast zone and take away cups! 4- reception should be with English speaking staff

Overall good, but a bit disappointed for the shared gymnasium with too many people.

Good services, amenities, and location are good. Only drawback reception staff and support staff do not speak any English. If not familiar with the Chinese language, it is a bit difficult to communicate Overall, it's a very good hotel to stay for business or leisure travel.

The room was as satisfactory as ever—clean, hygienic, and spacious. The service was also excellent.

The newly renovated hotel is very large and spacious, with advanced facilities, including a "photon room" (presumably a sauna), but I didn't have time to try it. The downside is the lack of windows, resulting in poor ventilation. Although smoking is prohibited, the lobby and corridors smelled strongly of smoke. Unbearable. The front desk was very helpful in confirming my request for a non-smoking room upon check-in, and the room itself didn't smell of smoke. Regarding breakfast, the selection was limited, perhaps because I arrived late, but surprisingly, they had beef cubes and salt and pepper ribs. Many five-star hotels only offer processed meats like bacon. This was good. The gym equipment was very complete.

The room was quite large, with a sauna and dining area, all of which were highlights. However, it felt like a cheap five-star hotel. The shower wasn't powerful enough, and there weren't any beer or wine glasses. The front desk service lacked sincerity and friendliness, which made it feel uncomfortable.

My whole family praised it. It's a fantastic value. It's perfect. We're a family of three with a 14-year-old child. We decided to go on a last-minute trip. We originally planned to book the Renaissance, but the bathtub there was open, which wasn't suitable for us. So we switched to the Wyndham and booked the largest twin room with an extra 200-square-foot bed. I'm so glad we made that decision. It's comfortable and not cramped. The decor is new, just my style. It's clean and simple. They even have an LG dryer, perfect for someone like me who washes clothes all the time. The curtains are white, but they block out the light. The bathroom is large, and there's even a jjimjilbang (a steam room). I thought it was small, but it was perfect for one person. It wasn't cramped at all. The breakfast was also very filling, which is perfect for someone like me who eats a lot and doesn't eat much. The service was also excellent. We needed to store our bicycles, and the service guy proactively took them in and out of the luggage room without us having to worry about anything. Overall, we were very satisfied. My teammates and children all thought it was a great value. This might be my longest review on Ctrip. Usually I do it for points. This is a genuine thumbs up.

This was my third stay. I used Ctrip's benefits, and the hotel front desk graciously upgraded me to an executive room on the 26th floor. I was very satisfied. Every time I went, the receptionist and the guy were always energetic, professional, and dedicated. The front desk staff were excellent, always asking if I was driving. They really work so hard! They deserve a pat on the back! The next day, I went for breakfast at 9:40 AM and had a minor issue. The girl who answered the phone responded quickly, and Ms. Chen Hui from the front desk was also very helpful. Kudos to them! The hotel leadership should be commended for having such a staff that truly makes guests feel at home!

Went to see Thai star 🇹🇭 Sugar Girl Namtan's offline fan appreciation meeting in Hangzhou. The location is excellent. The beautiful lady at the front desk also helped to upgrade the deluxe executive suite for free. The breakfast was also good with Lanzhou ramen. The stay was very comfortable. I will stay here again next time🌹
