It was pretty good. We told the front desk we had kids, and they helped us switch to a twin room. The cleanliness was okay, and the room wasn't small. The only thing was that the air conditioning was too hot at night and we couldn't adjust it ourselves.

Very close to wild zoo. Only 1km drive about 5 minutes. Easy to find restaurant around the hotel.
Satisfied with cleanliness and staff.
However so noisy when you flushing the toilet, especially during the night.

I have booked many times before, and paid offline at the front desk. The service attitude was very good. I arrived at the hotel today and haven't checked in yet, so I want a good review. I can give it, but if you still want a good review with such service attitude, then I will give it to you. The hotel has a strong smell of formaldehyde.

The air conditioner in the room was like a tractor, so noisy. Breakfast was gone by 9:30 on the first day, and I didn't eat it on the second day. The extra 70 yuan for a room with breakfast was wasted.

This was the worst experience ever. When we lifted the quilt on the bed in the room we stayed in, there was a candy wrapper left by the previous guest. There was a fingernail in another bed, which showed that the hotel did not change the quilts and sheets after the guests left. After we told the hotel, they said we would be taken to another room. The sister at the front desk took us to check, and we found something like foot skin on the quilt on the bed. Later, they brought a new quilt cover to replace it. Later we contacted Ctrip, and their feedback was very timely. The next morning, Ctrip called back and said that the hotel manager had contacted us, but we had not received any message from the hotel at all. The hotel was lying and cheating. We will not come again.

I live in a deluxe twin room, which costs about 600 a night, including breakfast. But when I go to have breakfast at around 8 o'clock every morning, there is basically nothing left. In this case, why should I book a room with breakfast? And no one checked, so what's the point of charging 68 per person for breakfast? I spent over 10 yuan to eat a bowl of noodles outside, but this place is too much. I spent money but couldn't even have a full breakfast. The service was also average. I am a family of three. Basically, toiletries should be provided when checking in, but we called twice before they were delivered. The new decoration has a smell, and we asked to put an air purifier to make it better. I ordered takeout and waited for the robot to deliver it, but the front desk forgot to put it in, and it was delivered after calling. I stayed for two days and was very disappointed. I don't recommend it... There was no fruit or anything... I stayed for two days and the room was not cleaned. This price is not worth it. I don't recommend it at all...
