Disappointing Stay – Unprofessional Staff & Poor Room Conditions I booked a specific room with a window due to claustrophobia, but we were given a different room without one. I asked to change it, and although the request was approved, the experience in between was extremely uncomfortable. While waiting, a staff member came to the room. My boyfriend (a Chinese speaker) needed to use the toilet and take a quick shower. The bathroom had no privacy—it was fully open to the entrance. I (a foreigner who can’t speak chinese) opened the door to try translating via my phone while he was on a call. Despite us both clearly asking the staff member to leave, he forced the door open with his foot and refused to step out—even though my boyfriend was undressed. This was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. The second room was not much better: no towel racks or hangers, a dirty shower with dried water stains, and very poor soundproofing—it was loud the entire night. Overall, we were not satisfied with the stay and hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously to improve both room quality and staff conduct.

The name of the hotel is different from what’s written here so kinda tricky to find . The room is alright I paid around 400 ¥ for double bed maybe because it was holiday season, I don’t think the room was worth that price , breakfast was good .

If you are not picky, it’s good for the price. Quite spacious, maybe if you don’t speak Chinese just use a translator on the phone but people are willing to help.

Really enjoyed my stay, the room was really nice and clean. The shower mat needs replacement though as it was really old and a little gross. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good but could use a little more protein that isn’t fish, most of the options were vegetables. Would definitely stay here again

In the original room the door in the toilet did not close and they turned us around. Very convenient and beautiful location in the center of downtown. The rooms are clean and nice and the service is very good.

Nice room but didn’t look exactly like the pictures. The service was still great and I liked my stay.

We had a very small stay in the hotel, but I can say that it was too difficult to find the hotel, especially because the name is different, in trip.com has one name, but the real one is different, also is very inconvenient to find the reception is you arrive at night. However, I have to admit that the level of English of the employees was incredible, I thought I was in the middle of King Cross in London because I couldn't understand anything or maybe they to me🤷🏽♂️. The room was very cozy and the bed very comfortable, all the welcome amenities were very good. The bed is strong and comfortable, but I don't need four pillows for next time. Also, thanks for my British pengyou in reception for the room, we thought it doesn't exist for a moment, because it's out of the normal corridor and we were lucky because it was located on the top of the breakfast saloon and we could listen at 6am how the employees start preparing our breakfast and to smell the amazing olor of fried noodles and french fries. It was an incredible details. In general, we spent a very good night.
