Ulasan Orange Hotel (Hangzhou Jinshahu Yintai Department Store)

We stayed at this hotel for nine nights. We stayed in the loft room. It was extremely convenient to have a washing machine/dryer. A shopping centre was located within 5 minutes walk, offering plenty of options for meals. The breakfast was Chinese, I thought it was a pleasant change to have vegetables for breakfast. My husband enjoyed the Western breakfast offerings (toast, cereal, fried eggs). Coffee machine available at breakfast and another in the foyer of the hotel. Food delivery was novel, they use robots. Overall, I thought it was great value for money and all of the staff were very helpful and friendly.

There is an Yintai City next to the hotel, which provides dining and entertainment. The hotel is also nice. When I left, I was given a bottle of drink and some oranges. The front desk clerk Xiao Zhou provided good service, the room arrangement was satisfactory, he was considerate and met the needs of the guests. The room was very spacious, with dry and wet separations. The lobby was very warm, and there was self-service coffee and fruit tea. There are many varieties of breakfast with rich choices, but some people smoke in the breakfast room, which affects others' breakfast. I hope that the control can be strengthened.
