This hotel was amazing for the price I paid. The bed was extremely comfortable and breakfast was great. Coffee is available while you eat, unlike in many hotels. It's only one metro stop to the beautiful Huang Long Cave and one stop (on a different metro line) to the main starting point of West Lake (where there is someone who speaks English at the bicycle rental stand).

Very nice stay. The room was recently renovated, spotlessly cleaned. The lady at the front desk is very friendly helpful.

The hotel rooms were very clean and tidy. the hotel is very close to Wulinmen metro station, so it is very easy to reach the city centre. receptionists were very professional and kind. i strongly recommend staying here

Exceptional customer service, very helpful and friendly staff. If I travel to Hangzhou again, this hotel definitely will be my first choice. The self service laundry facility is a plus point for budget and business travellers.

We stay a night for transfer to another city so I'm not sure if the location is great but there's a metro exit nearby which is great. We had a family room for three but they accepted our 6yo boy (below 120cm height) to stay free and breakfast free. The front desk staff is polite and helpful. She showed us the nearby restaurants and convenient stores when we had our late night check in around 1030pm. The room is spacious, comfy mattress with two types of pillow to fit our needs, we had a quiet night resting here even though we're on the 1st floor, happy with this part. We got our toothbrush sets from the front counter, toothbrush is softer than those we had in other places. The exhaust fan is strong to keep our toilet dry. Water heater and water pressure are good. Air conditioner is doing well too. Hotel provide free self service laundry with free detergent given. The free breakfast is simple and basic Chinese food like steam bun, wantan, noodles, porridge, milk. Overall recommended.

Overall is alright, the car need to go to the small alley which is the only things that need to be improved, other than that all the service is great.

Turn right, then walk for 500m from main road(railway station). Hotel cant seen from road site. Comfortable. Wifi hotel can use. But tv channel connect on and off. Got drinks at reception counter. overall nice.

The location is great as the Wulinmen Metro Station is 3 minutes walking distance hence very convenient to get to the HSR station in Hangzhou East Train Station. The receptionists are not friendly and not helpful in both occasions I checked in on the first and last night in Hangzhou,this aspect the hotel management should seriously consider to improve customer service experience. The sound proof is not good as the noises from corridor are very obvious throughout the night.

Very close to the metro station. Good breakfasts. Great option for a stop in Hangzhou for a couple of days for your money!
