Stay was more pleasant!, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The location is super convenient close to so many restaurants and shops . The Ayi( cleaning helper) was super friendly and the front desk lady always helpful. Had a wonderful experience will definitely visit again

I arrived early to check in before the original checkin time and there was no room but the hotel assisted and made way for me to get a better room than I booked at no extra cost.

Good location Very near shopping centre, and river qiantangjiang.

Aircond is centralised aircond which means shared with other room. We couldn't control the aircond temperature by our own, thereby disturbed our sleeping because someone in the other room closed the main aircond.

Average type hotel. Good security. Reasonable sized room. Shower pressure was perhaps a little too soft but nothing terrible. Staff are friendly and although have limited English speaking ability they were able to communicate via translation software. Great street food available later in the evening from directly outside the hotel. Close enough to several amenities and walking distance to many good restaurants

Good location, very good hygiene and very friendly staff.

Everything is perfect, so nice location (the nice binjiang district, not far from shares bar and paradise walk mall..metro is like 3 mns walk), so clean, helpful and nice staff. The cons are the entrance and reception desk, no remote control for the AC but I guess I could have asked, and AC is noisy. But above these little details, the whole experience is really nice. I do recommend. Thanks

The location is quite convenient, there's a metro station not too far from it but will take atleast a good 5 minute walk. I had no problem checking-in and out. The room was good and clean, and the cleaners were super nice.

Came on my last week in China. Enjoyed the location. Laundry and small gym. You can receive parcels here too. There's 2-3 big shopping malls, bars, metro stations, universities, m&p shops in the area in walking distance. The streets outside are clean and quiet at night. Housekeeping cleans daily and are very nice ladies (3rd floor). The front desk are very helpful, I don't speak Maderin and no one spoke English, so wechat was the connect. I highly recommend getting the bigger room with the window and sofa if your going to stay for a week or more.

I booked this hotel for 2 days. It was clean and was located a good location.

The hotel was absolutely great!!!! Very spacious, luxurious and comfortable bedroom and bathroom. Location is near line 6 subway and in the business district. Very worth it
