Súper nice hotel, the breakfast was amazing and the attention received by Jia was perfect, best through wechat for instant translation. The only thing to improve is the gym, some machines are broken and there is nothing to train chest or legs

Top level. Nothing beats this property for the price. They arranged an early airport transfer for free. Really appreciate the people working there. Top on my list for transit stay in hangzhou.

Got blood stain on the sofa. Especially there is a notice to be cautious of STDs, it makes people even more scared. My mum's skin felt itchy after sleeping on the bed.

looks more like a hostel than a hotel, forge far from the entrance, titles no cars allowed, more reminiscent of a military base, dark in the evening around, place is not a neighborhood, rooms stink of cigarettes, very strong smell, I think it won't reach two stars in any case

Really friendly staff but shower was broken and didn’t have the time to report as was only staying one night

The hotel staffs were really nice, got our group very early checkin. The room was very nice and amenities were complete. Used the airport transfer which is also on time.

Staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Shuttle to the airport is very convenient and easy to use. Hotel is located in a beautiful neighborhood; we recommend taking a walk around.

I came across this hotel by chance. The mattress is comfortable, clean and hygienic, and the breakfast is rich. The staff's attitude is very good, especially Xiangxiang, who is thoughtful and meticulous! A pleasant trip 😊

Because of the change of plan, the twin room was temporarily changed to a king-size bed room. After arriving at the store, it was very considerate to help upgrade the room with window 🥰 The check-in time was relatively late, but the front desk service was very patient~ The overall layout of the room is warm and the facilities are complete. The 2-meter big bed is very comfortable to sleep on, and the breakfast variety is also relatively rich👌
