Ulasan Atour X Hotel Ding＇an Road Yintai West Lake Hangzhou

We stayed at this hotel in late November, and it was a delightful experience overall. Although the metro station isn’t very close, it’s within walking distance (approximately a 10-minute walk). However, the road leading to the hotel is a bit uneven, which can make pulling luggage slightly inconvenient. The hotel is luxurious and welcoming. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. The lobby is spacious and well-equipped, featuring a gym, laundry area, reading corner, and plenty of power outlets, making it a great spot to relax during downtime. The rooms are modern, featuring smart technology and ample space. Everything was clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. A thoughtful touch was the complimentary porridge provided in the evenings. The surrounding area is lively yet quiet at night, making it a safe choice, especially for female travelers. It’s conveniently located within walking distance of Southern Song Imperial Street and Hefang Street, where you can easily find food and explore local attractions. Additionally, the hotel offers unlimited bottled water daily, and there are several convenience stores nearby for any additional necessities. Overall, this hotel offers excellent service, modern facilities, and a convenient location, making it a great choice for travelers looking for comfort and convenience.

Location hard to find (Taxi and didi were unable to locate hotel) but apart from that everything else was fantastic. Free supper porridge was great. Love the laundry and dryer facilities. (Much needed, after travelling a few days prior). Shower, water pressure the best we've had in last 8days travelling. Location was close enough to walk to West lake.

Quiet district. Breakfast was good. Room is nice. Location good.

quite best for couple trip

The hotel is conveniently located near the West Lake (about a 15-minute walk) and not far from the famous walking street. Although the staff doesn't speak English, they are very helpful and try their best to communicate. The breakfast is delicious and diverse (48 yuan per person). There are many convenience stores, restaurants, and a bus stop nearby. The highlight of the hotel is its beautiful interior design and high-quality amenities, comparable to a 5-star hotel but at an affordable price. However, the light control panel in the room can be a bit tricky to use. Overall, my family and I are very satisfied with our stay at this hotel.

Location is great! We were a group of three and the room fit us really well! Space was good and gym facilities are great too! Service is good! So is noise insulation :)

We stayed at Atour for 8 days and our stay was very pleasant and memorable. The hotel staff always greeted us with a smile on their face and they were courteous and very helpful (to help out with food recommendations / helped us to call a taxi for 4 pax with huge luggages to the airport). Location wise, it was central to the places that we wanted to go and we enjoyed the cool breezy walks back to the hotel (do note that there are many Atour branches, so pls double check your location!). There is free laundry service at the hotel as well, so we need not worry about doing our laundry when we get back from our holiday. The housekeeping staff were also very eager to offer to clean our rooms to ensure that we have a comfortable stay at Atour. Overall, am very happy with our stay and would definitely return again if the chance arise. :)

Amazing rooms with great amenities like bottled green and red tea, bags of loose leaf tea, subtly scented soap, powerful compact hairdryer, smart lighting and heated toilets with bidet. Memory foam pillow and comfortable mattress ensured a restful night's sleep. Housekeeping was friendly, warm, and not intrusive. Love the DIY laundry service with a range of detergents for guests to pick from.

Location was good and near hefang street, check in and check out were fast. Hotel had what we needed for a quick stay

The room is very nice, I really like it. The sister in the room is really considerate. Her pants were accidentally scratched when she was traveling. One sister in the room asked for a sewing bag, but she was very enthusiastic and helped me sew the clothes directly. It was really considerate. Although she traveled far away from home, this hotel felt very family like and left a deep impression on me. I don't know the name of this sister, but I still want to say thank you, I am also very grateful to Anding Luyaduo for cultivating such a service staff. You are very good and I hope it will continue to improve!

Metro station Ding An Road - Exit A. Take escalators up to street level, continue walking straight ahead (you'll see highway bridges to your right), about 250m until the 1st set of traffic lights at a big intersection, continue straight and cross the road and the hotel is about 60m to the left (note hotel name is blocked by some trees). From Hangzhou Xiaoshan airport station 2 best options by Metro, CNY¥7 at 2023: 1) Metro Line 1 some 24 stops to Ding An Road station, 1hr 15min 40km. No need to transfer! 2) Metro Line 19 Airport Express to West Lake Cultural Centre station (6 stops, 45 mins for the 30km journey) and change here to Line 1 Ding An Road (4 stops). 1 hr First stay with Atour X. 7 nights. Great service by all. A special mention to Mr Su Bei, he provided excellent service. Room is a good size, a fantastic mattress and memory foam pillows (ended up buying one as a travel pillow) were the best highlights. Self flushing bidet toilet, cute voiced robot delivery, free bottled water, laundry room, free late night food were other highlights. There's a air purifier in the room to help with cigarette smells - non-smoking hotels aren't non-smoking at all!!! The Chinese government should do something about this. The air conditioning in the room is strong. Going to West Lake take metro to Longxiangqiao 1 stop. There are some restaurants nearby hotel, small supermarket, 15 min walk to Hefang Street where you can do all sorts of food tasting before you buy...

The hotel is new and clean, service is good. Walkable distance to the HefangJie. It’s a bit stuffy if the window is not facing the street.

Good location, many local eateries within walking distance. Convenient for public transportations.
