Hotel change our room after we feedback on the aircon not strong. Gave us additional complimentary breakfast when we have 1 more additional old folks coming with us. Great service and clean environment

Expensive for a room which smelled stale with damp corridors. Great location and excellent Chinese restaurant

Great location! West lake is right in front of the hotel. Subway station is around the corner. Plenty of restaurants around. Mall is right beside. Room is clean. But it smelled of cigarette even if it’s a non smoking room. Wide spread of buffet breakfast. Hotel lobby is grand with free tea.

The bathroom got abit smelly. But overall is good

Check in staff could have done better by ringing us when our room was ready as we had checked in early upon arrival.

The location was super convenient, in the heart of Westlake Excellent facilities & great breakfast

The shower of the room was broken and the rooms have very thin walls. We could hear the neighbouring guest coughing and going to the toilet. Not what I expect from a premium hotel, my money is better spent at a holiday inn. I will not come back!

We had a wonderful stay @ Grand Hyatt Hotel. The location is superb, and the facilities let us feel like home. Great service from the front desk staff as well. Will definitely be back again for a longer stay. Thank you so much.

really nice hotel. but breakfast is not as I expected. need more improvement on their taste. their italian n chinese restaurants is really nice tho

It was a nice stay. Location is good, right in Coral Gables downtown. I would say that there are no kettles in the room but you can ask for it and they will send you one. The room charges won’t go against deposit, instead you have the pay and after you do the check out they will release the deposit back to you. For Chinese travelers this might seem odd.

Nice hotel for family travel, and nice view to see the west lake.

It is located in a very good position to visit the West Lake and Hangzhou. Rooms are well equipped, large and comfortable.
