Very nice for its price! Convenient place, clean and comfortable. Bidet and bath are good:)

The hotel is in an obscure location and difficult to find, but once located, it is close to metro and shops as well as tourist attractions. The apartment was big and spacious but not as clean as I would have liked. We didn't use the washing machine, only staying two nights, but it leaked permanently and the floor boards were a little giving. The large bath was delightful. The staff were kind and caring. The hotel does not offer any services or facilities except 24hour desk and security. There is a Chinese restaurant and a small supermarket on site.

Location was difficult to find, the service at the desk can be considered fair, not so good enough, the toilet drainage quite slow after taking a shower, but anyways the room was worth with the price, loved the city view.

Smoking smell still heavy when we move in.

作為攜程的鉑金會員在攜程上訂過這麼多次酒店，真的第一次住到這麼臟而且差的酒店，一進門真的震驚了，床頭的牆上居然是那種滲水腐爛掉牆皮的狀態，廁所門上還掛着倆衣架，一看都不知道上個人退房以後有沒有打掃過，廁所洗漱間是一個要打開淋浴門就必須要關閉廁所門的地方，一個人在裏面都覺得擁擠，和圖片完全兩個樣，放衞生紙的枱子上一層灰而且還放着一卷紙，這誰敢用啊。並且洗漱台上發黴長了黑色的黴菌，牙刷杯也倒扣在一個發了黴長了黑斑黴菌的墊子上，都不知道這酒店所有的房間每次退房到底有沒有人打掃，床上的被子也都是破洞，絕了，真的給我噁心透了，放眼整個杭州真的找不到第二家這種星級酒店臟亂差的樣子。

在一個不錯的地段，第一天來杭州就是住的這裏，有黃金會員，給我升級了延遲退房和升級房型，本來定的是一個很小的房間，免費給我們升級了大房型，還有浴缸，前台的美女很有耐心，很好！很不錯

客觀的評價一下 優點是地理位置不錯 去西湖去火車站不算遠而且附近外賣也多 房間很大 價格實惠 性價比還可 服務態度也不錯 打電話有師傅來修 缺點是前台沒人 等了很久打了電話才下來 然後房間不算乾淨而且感覺比較破舊 電視也很難搞 睡到一半床塌了 床上也有很多臟污劃痕 牆上也有裂的 榻榻米下面也臟 浴缸一層灰 廁所地板像火車上的 而且門沒法完整關上 房間地板老舊踩上去咯吱咯吱的 一張床衹有一個枕頭讓多拿兩個居然説沒有 這麼大一個酒店沒有多的枕頭真的很奇怪 還有就是空調和風扇差不多 開16度最大風還沒我家23度涼快 被子也特別厚睡得很不舒服枕頭也很高
