Bilik yang baru diubah suai ini sangat bersih dan sikap perkhidmatan yang baik. Saya memesan kupon sarapan di Ctrip! Terima kasih banyak untuk kaunter penerimaan tetamu yang bernama Jiaojiao. I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express West Lake East Hangzhou and had a great experience. The hotel is in a perfect spot, right next to a metro station, making it super easy to get around. It's also close to beautiful spots like West Lake and Lingyin Temple, which are just a short trip away. The rooms are really spacious, bed size are bigger than usual. Plus, they're super comfy, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring. Overall, it's a fantastic place to stay if you're visiting Hangzhou.

We had a good stay as a family. The location is very convenient next to the metro and walking distance from 五柳巷历史街区 and 紫阳山. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the room was big. We would stay again.

This is the second time I decided to stay at Holiday Inn Express Hangzhou Westlake. The location is amazing, and so is the tour. I decided to buy a half-day tour (4 hours). The price is reasonable, and the driver is amazing. He took us to visit the top tourist destinations and also took us to a good restaurant that was delicious and not expensive at all. There was a staff member at the front desk named Sam. He is amazing. Throughout our 3 days and 2 nights stay, he helped us a lot and also guided us on our visits. While staying at the hotel, he was one of the staff members who could speak English. I would say that I received excellent service from him, and all of my friends loved him very much. You have such a great asset in him.

Room was very new and clean. Breakfast was a sumptuous spread. I highly recommend this hotel for its affordability and quality service.

The location is superb. It is really closed to the mrt station in Huangzhou. This station is also a Inter-city station that allows you to travel directly to Shanghai. Although not a main station in Huangzhou, but a few trains a day to Shanghai is enough.

This hotel won our hearts by its close proximity to the railway station/subway and the hotel good customer service. We are impressed by the level of responsiveness of the staff to our needs, and the hotel staff are very observant, giving us extra bottle of water in our stay, a gift of fruits on our last night (without us asking). Thanks to Sam and Alan at the reception who provide excellent customer service support and the housemaid who did a good job in maintaining the room's cleanliness. We feel very at home. The buffet style breakfast provide both local and western choices. Excellent location, just next to a metro station. Room was spacious. There’re washing machines and dryers in the lobby for hotel guests to use for free.

Big rooms with comfy beds, the breakfast also has a variety of food! The place is very clean as well, will stay again for sure

The hotel staff (Ms Lilia and a male service staff) were very helpful by helping us sending two courier packages. The breakfast meals/food should make some changes after 1-2 days. We stayed for 3 days, having same foods everyday was not fun. The location near to metro and very convenient.
