Ulasan Narada Resort & Spa Liangzhu

Nice resort in Hangzhou. It's two hour drive from Shanghai. For a weekend its a nice place to visit with kids. Have inhouse kids play area, swings, and other outdoor activities as well for kids. We stayed for a night and feel had a nice stay. They also upgraded our room. Staff service was really nice and cooperative.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, located right within the resort. I especially want to commend the lovely and charming front desk staff, Judy. She called me in advance to confirm and helped upgrade us to a suite, and even turned on the AC to warm up the room about half an hour before we checked in. She also assisted with a late check-out before we left. Her service was polite, kind, and absolutely perfect! Also, a shout-out to a super tall, nearly 1.9m handsome guy (I forgot to ask his name, but on the evening of December 3rd, around 9 PM, after we checked in at the front desk, he escorted us to our room and introduced all the facilities. He was very polite and thorough). All the staff, including housekeepers and security, were courteous, warm, and helpful. The upgraded suite was spacious and comfortable, with a huge bed and comfy pillows. The hotel breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of choices, both Chinese and Western. The freshly baked *shaobing* and freshly ground coffee were particularly impressive, and the soy milk and regular milk were fragrant and delicious. The hotel is super close to Liangzhu Museum, just over a ten-minute walk (it's a bit of a distance to the archaeological park, so you'd need a taxi). You can also walk about 10 minutes to visit the exquisite and artistic Yuniu Market. We happened to run into Li Yitong filming there, which was quite lively.

This hotel is frequently used for wedding banquets, so the hallways are constantly noisy. They have a lot of rooms, and if you happen to check in on a popular wedding day, the remaining available rooms tend to be in very remote corners, requiring a long walk through several corridors to reach them.

The experience was very good. The room was clean and hygienic. Xiao Liu at the front desk was very helpful and attentive. The hotel's facilities were well-equipped. The breakfast had a large variety. The value for money was great! Will stay here again.

A very pleasant place for a weekend!

This hotel is set in the heart of the Cultural Village, so it's very convenient for us to visit all the UNESCO World Heritage sites. For the room, it's rather cold when evening fell and the temperature could not be adjusted.It stayed around 20C degrees. For the price the hotel is charging per night, it should offer a greater variety of food for the buffet breakfast. The price in the Chinese restaurant was reasonable and the food was good.

Wanted to escape for a short staycation. The hotel is well located in a peaceful area and beautiful scenery. The staff was very welcoming and had a fast check in. The room was very nice and well maintained. The overall stone (included shower) was really nice. It’s easy to walk around the lake and enjoy the lotus. The amenities in the room was good with everything you need in hand and nice welcome fruits was a great gesture. Also thoughtful turn down amenities with snacks and drink. Only negative point was the F&B offering, wanted to try the western restaurant however when I asked to see the menu we only saw Asian food (see attached picture), the Chinese food looks good tho. Saw we had in room dining option but no menu in the room and I don’t speak Chinese to call and order. The breakfast had a great selection but quality was not up to expectations but the chef were really great and understood my request. The overall staff was really nice and always saying hello and smiling which made me feel welcome. They also have spa and kids playground but I didn’t have a chance to try or check the venue. I will definitely come back and hope they can improve their western offering.

It was a bit of a disappointment as the hotel closed the hot springs just a day before the qinming holidays but there was no information posted regarding this and the reason also seemed ridiculous “ the whether is getting hotter “. It’s starting April and we are still in our jackets. The whole point of booking it was to enjoy the hot springs. Not a great experience

Perfect and nice hotel for a weekend! Friendly staff!

Service: The front desk check-in process is inefficient and lacks proper management. I was waiting in line at one counter when I saw the previous guest get their room card and walk out near the front desk area. I approached to check in, but the receptionist told me to wait a moment because the lady had been there first. So, where did the lady wait in line for the 10 minutes or so I was standing there? Also, while I was waiting, guests who came later tried to cut in front of me, but I stopped them. There were no clear queue staff or signs. Everyone lined up however they wanted, and those who came later could check in first. Is it all down to luck? I guess it was just bad luck or me not conspicuous enough. Cleanliness: The bathroom was small, and upon entering, I noticed a spiderweb. If tall people stood up and didn't notice it, they would hit their heads or faces. The hotel's room hygiene was subpar. The hotel is in a great location, within a 10-15 minute walk of the Yu Niao Ji (Jade Bird Collection). The Liangzhu Museum and the National Library of China are both within a 3-kilometer radius. Also, the family-friendly resort hotels during the summer weekends are truly terrible. The restaurant is fully booked at around 8:30 and 9:30 for breakfast.

The room is large and has a living room. The hotel pool is very clean, the service staff are very enthusiastic, and it is very close to the attractions. It is just too hot in the summer, so you can only go out in the evening. There are many good restaurants and shops in the nearby Yuniaoji.

The hotel is generally good and the price/performance ratio is very good. Judy at the front desk is very nice and she even called ahead to contact us. The facilities are complete, the room is clean, and the breakfast is delicious. I will consider staying at Junlan again next time.
