I like this hotel, very well located wright in the perfect spot to stay and vizit the town

Small but comfortable hotel, location is good too

The staff is friendly. We forgot the jacket qhole we check out. They run out and catch us and return the jacket

Spacious room, i love the big window. Shower room and toilet are separate. There are many restaurants nearby.

Very far but good services

The location is near the 浙江大学 as well as the Lake in Hangzhou. But it can be quite far from the city Center and can be difficult to get in and out by didi. The location was otherwise really peaceful and quiet. The room was smalm but clean and everything seemed more modern than run down. Quite liked the stay.

Simple and clean. In a nice, green street with restaurants and bars, and close to the Botanical Gardens and the West Lake.

The room was quite nice, the surroundings were convenient, and the environment was quite good. There were small steps in the room, similar to tatami mats, which provided a wooden plank for cooling down when it was too hot. I give it a thumbs up.

This is fantastic! Not only is this B&B close to West Lake in Hangzhou, it also boasts beautiful surroundings and impeccably clean and tidy rooms. Most importantly, they meticulously clean up after each guest. If they discover a guest has forgotten to take any valuable items, they will take care of them and promptly notify the guest to pick them up. I was one of those careless guests who accidentally left behind a TV set-top box. Since I'm ********* living in the US and have an American cell phone, they couldn't contact me. By the time I realized I was missing, I had already arrived in Shanghai. When I finally got back in touch, they graciously helped me deliver the box to my hotel in Shanghai. I'm so grateful for their service and highly recommend this excellent B&B to everyone. With their support, visitors can enjoy their stay without worrying about leaving valuables behind, as they'll take care of any items that are left behind.

This B&B is really nice. The owner is a bit talkative but very considerate. We planned to drink a bottle of Huoxiang Zhengqi water, but he gave us a bottle of mineral water for free. The hotel is also very clean. We booked a cheaper price, so the space is a bit small, but the lighting is very good.

The price/performance ratio is high, and the service is really excellent! The boss is super nice! However, a reminder: if you have trouble sleeping, I suggest you consider the soundproofing.

The facilities are very complete and the stay is very comfortable. It would be better if the quilt was changed every day.
