The room is very cosy and clean. Toilet is also very clean. Bed is very comfortable. Front desk kindly allowed me to do early check-in for a room that was already ready. The inn is also located in a very modern town, with full of restaurants and is very close to the West Lake. Can simply cycle there.

While the rooms are not as spotless and glamorous as the photos may make you believe, they're totally fine, and the location is very pleasant, and so is the view, and the owners are friendly.

The location is near the 浙江大学 as well as the Lake in Hangzhou. But it can be quite far from the city Center and can be difficult to get in and out by didi. The location was otherwise really peaceful and quiet. The room was smalm but clean and everything seemed more modern than run down. Quite liked the stay.

The environment is quite nice; it's right next to the botanical garden, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. It's also close to Lingyin Temple. These are all advantages. Disadvantages: The soundproofing is terrible. Especially with inconsiderate people, you can hear them shouting as soon as they enter, the sound of them pulling suitcases, opening doors, and even laughter and playfulness from the next room. On the night of April 2nd, a family of three checked in at 1:30 AM. I've never seen such rude people. They started making a huge scene as soon as they entered the room. The child was yelling, and the woman was shouting at the top of her lungs. Even at 5 AM, they were still yelling at people in the room. They were incredibly rude! I barely slept a wink all night because of them. What a weird family!

The room was quite nice, the surroundings were convenient, and the environment was quite good. There were small steps in the room, similar to tatami mats, which provided a wooden plank for cooling down when it was too hot. I give it a thumbs up.
