Great location nearby subway station. The hotel lobby is bright and spacious. The hotel staff were professional and friendly. They arranged a nice high floor room as I requested. The rooms are large and comfortable. The room cleanliness was excellent! Recommend this hotel for staying in Hangzhou, value for money!

The room was clean, the bathroom was huge, and both the mattress and pillows were so comfortable that I fell asleep instantly – I'm even thinking of buying a set for myself! The breakfast was the most enjoyable and 'Chinese palate'-friendly I've ever had at any hotel. There were five types of noodles alone, and the Chinese toppings for them were delicious. They also had egg pancakes, preserved vegetable flatbreads, jianbing guozi (savory crepes), and waffles. The pastries were bakery-quality, much better than typical hotel breakfast offerings, especially the mochi daifuku – two weren't even enough! Usually, I'd go for two rounds at a hotel breakfast, but this time, the noodles and pastries completely filled me up before I even got to the stir-fries.

The environment and location are both great, offering good value for money. It's just a few minutes' walk from Cirque du Soleil.

I always stay here for business trips, and this time I brought my family for the holidays and chose to stay here again because their prices haven't increased. Overall, it's pretty good. The transportation is convenient, and the environment is clean and tidy!

Definitely avoid rooms ending in 16 and 15; they're so noisy they'll drive you crazy. This hotel is a five-star only on paper, 3.5 stars at most. Overall, it's quite similar to a Hanting (Han Ting) hotel, just with slightly larger rooms. The service level of one particular front desk staff member really dragged down my impression of the hotel. They allow four bottles of complimentary bottled water at once, but charge for five. That's exactly what the staff said, which was just speechless. If you're planning to swim, be aware that the pool isn't part of the hotel; it's open to the public. The underground parking doesn't have any charging stations besides Tesla's. The front desk doesn't ask if you've driven; as one staff member put it, "You need to ask, we're not obligated to ask you." Oh, and the hotel breakfast is better than a Hanting's – that much is true.

The hotel facilities are complete, and the surrounding transportation is also convenient, with good commercial amenities.

Radisson Blu really stole my heart this trip. They gave us a free upgrade as we’re celebrating a birthday and superb service. The bed was huge and the bathtub and toilets/vanity area was super clean and sparkly. They even have a robot delivery and the helped us order ******* when our apps weren’t working. Will definitely be back again and highly recommend staying in this hotel although it may be a little further.

This hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the Hangzhou Esports Center, and the rooms are incredibly spacious, bright, and offer great views. Intime Department Store and Xintiandi Shopping Mall are also within walking distance. The front desk and restaurant staff were very warm, thoughtful, and meticulous. The breakfast on the second floor is rich in variety, especially with all sorts of Chinese pastries. The dinner buffet offers a great selection of seafood and grilled meats, and it's excellent value for money. Food deliveries are conveniently brought to your room by cute, chatty robots, which is a nice touch. The gym is fantastic and very professional. If I come back for another esports event, this hotel will definitely be my top choice again.

The mattress at Radisson was incredibly comfortable! The entire room felt very open and bright. All the toiletries and small amenities were well-stocked, and the location was super convenient with shopping, entertainment, and food delivery services all around.

After 5 years of business travel and staying in countless hotels, this is my first time writing a lengthy negative review. It's truly unbelievably bad! This is a fake mid-to-high-end five-star hotel. Safety hazards, hygiene issues, and a dysfunctional service system – it's a complete disaster across the board. **I. Room Experience:** 1. The air conditioning was set to 18 degrees Celsius (cooling), but I woke up hot three times during the night. In the morning, the room temperature was still 27 degrees. For a self-proclaimed five-star hotel, it's unacceptable that the AC can't regulate the room temperature, and the mattress springs were visibly protruding, making it uncomfortable. 2. Out of two glass cups, one shattered when hot water was poured into it, and another shattered when my arm accidentally bumped it in the morning. Does this meet the standards of the *Star Rating for Tourist Hotels*? Do these fragile items meet impact resistance standards?! **II. Safety and Hygiene:** 1. I booked this hotel specifically for the pool, but even the pool was astonishingly bad. It's less than 20 meters long, with visibility less than one meter, and the water quality was incredibly murky. There was even moss in the shower area – are they trying to cultivate greenery? The hotel claims the pool is exclusively for guests, but the entrance sign states it's not independently operated by the hotel. 2. The bathtub in the room had a layer of yellow grime. Was it left there to disgust guests because they couldn't bother to clean it? 3. The mini-bar price list was hidden in a blue-green booklet that was impossible to find without a thorough search. No wonder they charge such a high deposit despite offering no real entertainment or amenities – it's a blatant rip-off. **III. Service System Collapse:** 1. The concierge department is purely for show. Food deliveries couldn't be brought up for over 20 minutes, and during that time, I was constantly called to hurry them up. The concierge's phone line was unreachable and required transfers. Eventually, after insisting they check, I was told both my food deliveries weren't at the hotel. 2. The final point, and the most chilling, occurred when I left an item behind and asked a colleague to pick it up. My colleague informed me that they only provided the room number, and without any identity verification, the front desk directly issued a room key card! I ask, where does your hotel place customer safety? Do you think a fancy facade makes you a five-star hotel? It's all glitter on the outside, but rotten within!
