Upon arrival, I didn't find a grand, opulent vibe; in fact, it had a somewhat rustic, even weathered charm. Yet, the longer I stayed, the more I grew to love it. Every little detail reflected the owner's taste and meticulous care, and the service was thoughtful and warm – it truly felt like a home away from home. The location is excellent, not far from any of the attractions, making sightseeing a breeze. The breakfast was different every day and always plentiful. There are also many unique shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby, all with fantastic character. Sitting on the terrace each day, sipping tea, enjoying the view, and swinging was pure bliss. What really stood out were the comprehensive facilities; having laundry and drying available was incredibly convenient, ensuring I could head out fresh every day in the summer heat. If I had to pick one tiny flaw, it would be the hairdryer – perhaps an upgrade is in order! 😁 I stayed for five consecutive nights, which speaks volumes about how satisfied I was.

I usually choose Atour, but picked this hotel for its convenient location to Nine Creeks Eighteen Gullies. The owner was super friendly and gave us great directions for hiking from Yangmeiling, which offered fantastic views. The breakfast was delicious, and the owner was very thoughtful, providing a hand-drawn map, disinfectant alcohol, and all sorts of little necessities. You can go directly up the mountain from right behind the hotel. Excellent value for money!

This guesthouse was an excellent experience. The staff were very thoughtful and considerate, covering my ID card with a protective sleeve upon check-in. Snacks and fruits were available all day, and the drinking water was specially sourced mountain spring water, showing great attention to quality. They even provided fresh replacement socks for ones that had been washed! The environment is beautiful and the service details are top-notch. I highly recommend it for travelers who value comfort and attention to detail.

The room was partitioned into three sections, with two very spacious king-sized beds. There's a tea room perfect for chatting, and a quiet desk area where kids can do their homework. The bathroom is incredibly large. Breakfast was delicious, with a good nutritional balance, although not a huge variety. I loved the swing right outside the guesthouse's courtyard – very relaxing! The greenery is lovely, and there are so many loquats on the fruit trees!

The room was fantastic and well-equipped. It's located right within the scenic area, just a short walk to Prince Bay and West Lake. The restaurants nearby are excellent. The owner had little surprises for us every day! When it rained, there was a dehumidifier in the room. The kids had a great time!

I highly recommend this guesthouse! We were a group of six – 4 adults and 2 children. When I booked, I reserved two separate rooms, but to our surprise, it turned out to be a family suite with a living room, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. It felt so cozy and welcoming. In the morning, when I opened the door, I was greeted by the sound of birds and the scent of flowers. Since the hotel is located on a hill, I think it has the highest elevation, offering views of misty mountains in the distance and lush green trees nearby. Breakfast was also delightful; it varied each day and was well-balanced nutritionally. I especially loved the kimchi here! Plus, there were always complimentary fruits and cookies available. One evening after we returned from our outing, we found a handwritten note from the owner. Because my family had washed some socks and they might not dry in time, the owner thoughtfully provided two new pairs of socks and two toiletry bags. It was such a considerate gesture, and we were so grateful! This place is truly heartwarming and perfect for families with elders and children. Staying here is incredibly therapeutic. I highly recommend it!

This B&B is in an excellent location, close to Hupao Park, Hangzhou Zoo, Manjuelong, Su Causeway, and太子湾 Park. You can see tea plantations from the window, and the air is fresh with beautiful surroundings. The service is attentive and warm, and upon arrival, we received a thoughtful welcome package, including Hupao spring water. The breakfast offers a wide variety of healthy and nutritious options. Overall, it's incredible value for money.

Our family came to Hangzhou again, and this room was just right for three adults and one child. The environment is fresh and the air is clean, with a relaxed, mountain-lodge feel. The owner and staff are attentive and responsive to every request. The room was clean, tidy, bug-free, and odorless, making for a superb stay. The surrounding transportation is convenient, with easy access to West Lake, Siyan Jing, Lingyin Temple, and the zoo. Overall, a very satisfying trip.

The environment here is great, and the rooms are clean. I originally booked for two nights, and after staying one night, I extended my stay for another night. The breakfast every day is quite good. It's not too bustling around here at night. It's also very convenient to get to various attractions from here.

This place is located off the main centre of Hangzhou. It is in a neighbourhood but there are plenty of food available. This homestay is neat, quaint with full amenities. We love the impression it gave us. Very cosy. The breakfast is also good and enough for us. The couple managing the breakfast is very warm and helpful. Overall, highly recommend for all to stay here...Love it!

The help given to us as foreigners were superb. They tried their very best to fulfill our request, you can definitely see their sincerity. They even go the extra mile in helping us to answer phone calls by the Didi driver, troubleshoot Chinese mobile app issues, recommended good locations for shopping etc. I would definitely come back just for their hospitality. The only downside to the experience was the smoke from next door tenant could be felt in our room. I woke up with a dry throat due to that. If only China could ban smoking in public, that would improve the travelling experience so much.

We visited as a couple, looking to explore Hangzhou during the Qingming holiday. The location is lovely, just far enough away from the city center to avoid the bustle and enjoy the greenery around West Lake. It is close to the zoo and children's park, so the area at the bottom of the hill can be quite busy, but the community of the B&B itself is quiet. Restaurants are easy to find in the community and run from quirky fusion to Hangzhou classics. You can choose to walk anywhere from 1-10 minutes and get a great meal. The staff at the B&B is incredibly generous and helpful, and make a delicious Hangzhou breakfast. During the holiday, the property was full of families, for which it seems to be a great fit. It was a great fit for us too—lively, but the rooms are comfy, tranquil retreats from the fun, supplied with delicious longjing tea and local spring water for drinking. Highly recommend!

Never expect a homestay to be this nice, they are always there when you need something and if they are always there to ensure your safety returning back to the homestay. Everyday there is people who clean your room too. I will highly recommend it to people who are visiting
