The room was quite spacious, but the cleanliness was truly appalling. Although it only opened in 2020, the facilities felt incredibly old, almost like a rebranded old hotel. We checked in rather late that day, and the front desk service was merely adequate. The air conditioning was excessively loud, so we requested a room change, but unfortunately, the AC in the new room was just as noisy. It was too late and we were too tired to bother moving again. Furthermore, the price absolutely did not justify the experience. The toiletries were of very poor quality, and the overall hygiene was just as bad. The shower, toilet, coffee cups, and even the floors were all substandard. As for breakfast, I barely want to mention it. When we wanted a window seat, a staff member told us to find a less crowded spot. While the lady at the noodle station was friendly, a woman later came to clear our table by simply moving the dirty plates to an adjacent table and wiping ours down with a tissue – hardly a proper cleaning. In summary, this hotel was definitely not worth the price, and I will not be staying here again.

The cleanliness was absolutely appalling. The toilet was covered in urine stains and curly hairs. When I called the front desk about this hygiene issue, their immediate reaction was to flatly deny any problems, claiming housekeeping always cleans thoroughly. They made this assertion without anyone even bothering to inspect the room, and their tone completely lacked any apology. The 'solution' they offered was to send a robot with a few disposable toilet seat covers. When I insisted on having someone clean the toilet properly, they stated that no housekeeping staff were available in the evening and my only options were to either use the covers or switch rooms. Throughout this entire interaction, I received not a single apology.

The hotel is good, but when we checked in in the room, room was dirty: The bathroom was dirty, the floors were dirty, and there were hair and pen marks on the bedding. The location is convenient, and parking is easy. The service was warm and the staff were very friendly. The room was clean and tidy. However, the breakfast options were a bit limited and repetitive, staying pretty much the same for all three days of our stay. This might have been due to the Chinese New Year.

The room was spotless and very spacious. The front desk mentioned there might be some noise due to subway construction, but honestly, I couldn't hear a thing at night. It was very quiet, and I had a wonderful sleep. The breakfast was also plentiful and delicious.

The environment inside the hotel is OK. There is a shopping mall, Shangyi Plaza, next door, which is convenient for eating and shopping. But there is a subway station under construction next to the hotel, so you have to get up early. The construction noise is a bit loud.
