XIANGHU XIAOYAO MANOR

Hotel ini telah ada dalam senarai kegemaran saya sejak tiga tahun lalu, dan akhirnya saya berpeluang untuk menginap di sini. **Kemudahan:** Lengkap dan perkakasannya berfungsi dengan baik. **Kebersihan:** Sangat bersih. Saya agak terkejut apabila mendapati taman permainan kanak-kanak juga bersih, tidak seperti yang biasa di mana anda akan melihat gumpalan rambut di sana sini. Saya sangat berpuas hati. Cuma ada sesetengah ibu bapa yang membiarkan anak-anak mereka membuang bola-bola laut dan blok binaan merata-rata. **Persekitaran:** Tiada tandingannya. Seluruh Tasik Xianghu sangat cantik. Cuma terlalu ramai orang yang datang untuk mengambil gambar 'influencer'. **Perkhidmatan:** Sangat baik.

Pleasant stay at this hotel with alot of scenic locations for phototaking, rooms were huge and clean too. The Michelin restaurant was superb and highly value for money as well, dishes and desserts were both fantastic. There was also a huge indoor playground for kids which is a huge plus point for us. I had a photoshoot done with the hotel and the lady who did my hair and makeup was EXCELLENT, i really loved her skills and technique. Photographer was also super accomodating and patient. Thank you to the photostudio for an amazing job. My only feedback is that the lobby was constantly filled with smoke smell, so if that could be mitigated it would have be excellent.

Good environment, ambience and service. Clean rooms. Location is good for a comfortable and peaceful rest however it is slightly far from city area. But overall it’s a nice experience. Will definitely be back :)

A truly relaxing and memorable stay at Xianghu Xiaoyao Manor. The entire place feels like a peaceful retreat, surrounded by lake and greenery, with a very serene, almost poetic atmosphere. The architecture and courtyard design are beautifully done, giving a strong sense of traditional Chinese elegance. Perfect for slow walks and just unwinding. The room was spacious, clean and tastefully decorated, with a calm and comfortable vibe. Waking up to the quiet surroundings was something I really appreciated. Breakfast was generous with a good variety, and overall dining quality was decent. The hotel facilities like the pool and garden areas were well maintained and enjoyable.

The design of the hotel was very nice. It was near xisnghu which is beautiful and much quieter than Xihu. It was peaceful and serene to walk which allow you to enjoy the beauty and the calmness of the lake. I will like to give my thabks to a female manager. I am sorry that I didn't get her name. My wife had a fall and fractured her ankle when we were walking around the lake. When returned to the hotel to seek help, she was veey attentive to come over to assusut us. She helped to check on the injuries and asvised us to go to the nearest hospital. She asked the front desk to losn is a wheelchair and added my wechat contact and asked me to contact us via the hoyel duty phone if I needed any assistance. She was also nice to check in with us when we returned from the hospital and suggested to change our room to one nearer to the lift as our room was very far from the lift, but we turned down the kind offer as we felt it was troublesome to pack and unpack our stuff. In general, most if the staff were nice and helpful. I personally like the hitel alot due to its zen design, quietness and thr wonderful view of the lake.

It has a very nice environment. Very spacious hotel. It’s away from the crowded places as well. Hotel package includes dinner for 2. We have 2 rooms so utilize the meal for lunch and dinner . Food is yummy . It’s my daughter’s birthday , hotel was thoughtful to provide a bouquet of flowers and a birthday cake

Room is spacious and hotel is beautiful. Location is a bit of distance to city centre thus it is more suitable for those who is looking for some peace and tranquility. Service staff is welcoming and shared about the complimentary photoshoot and performance in the evening. Breakfast with huge spread but with mismatch decoration which does not suit the Hotel's style and ambience. More thorough housekeeping will be great as we found clump of hair in the shower area. Overall it is still a great stay.

Very nice place and the renovation and environment very good, price also reasonable, just location abit far from town. Overall is good, swimming pool and children playground

Have a very pleasant stay at the resort. service is great and the surroundings is really beautiful . It’s alittle far from most tourist area but it is really a quiet , beautiful and relax atmosphere. Worth the money and will come back again in future.
