The service attitude was incredibly friendly, and the hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to get around. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and it was convenient to catch a taxi. There are lots of fun things to do nearby, and it's very close to the subway station. It's a very thoughtful hotel, even having a robot deliver food. I highly recommend it to everyone.

It's not far from West Lake, Lingyin Temple, Hangzhou Station, and Hangzhou East Station, and a taxi ride during off-peak hours costs less than 20 RMB.
