The hotel is technically located on the 2nd floor, a long flight of stairs up, so if you are coming with luggage, will need to push it down to the basement carpark then take the lift up.
Hotel is 2 mins walk to the train station exit A, very convenient. Only the roads were quite narrow so taking a DiDi to and from the main entrance was not the best. Neighbourhood has nice handicraft shops.
Room is generally clean and spacious. They also provide 4h rates if you need to have a late checkout.
The laundry room is the same as the gym which has a treadmill and some weights. 2 washing machines and 2 dryers, have to check as there are peak hours and queue. Laundry detergent sachet is provided.
Only downside is the lift closes very fast, the sensor doesn't seem to work so need to keep pressing the open button.

It was a super convenient location. Got off the subway Line 1 Fengxia Road across the street the hotel was there. Walkable to the night markets and West Lake. Many shops and restaurants around. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service. They gave good guidance and suggestions for us to reach the attractions we want to go. They offered bottom water all the time. Overall, it was a very good stay. The room was spacious with a long bench and a round table. The bathroom was a bit small but efficient. By the way, they help carry your luggage inside, or you can ask them. They happy to help.

There were 2 front desk staffs (there is no name tag so I didn’t know the name) who were on duty on 13 and 14 October 2025 evening, they were so unfriendly and not helpful at all. During check in, the staff never smile which is fine but the way she acted when she was talking to us was really really impolite. On second day, I seek help from one of the front desk staff and I was so sure that she heard me but she only cares about the apple (if I rmb correctly) that she was holding in her hand and ignore me completely. In the end i need to approach another staff. Other than that, all the other staffs were kind and friendly especially all the housekeeping staffs. The room is clean and the location is convenient too.
