Fantastic home stay , artistic decoration, comfortable and beautiful room Very helpful customer service ; I am a foreigner; it is so inconvenient to book train ticket and food , they are more than happy to serve me. Without their help, I really feel so handicap here in China.

My mom was really happy when we stayed here. The homstay has a very nice balcony, but the upper attic room is quite hot in the summer. The owner is very friendly and always helps customers when needed. Clean hygiene and clean green space very close to famous tourist attractions. Thank you for your service.

The room is quite narrow and the hotel is not on the main road, so you have to drag your luggage.

This hostel is great value for money. The room was clean and comfortable, the air con warmed the room quickly and there was plenty of hot water (although the temperature did fluctuate in the mornings). There are lots of shops and restaurants around, some of which are discounted if you show your room card. If you have WeChat the hostel sends you a message with all the information in it when you check in. This hostel is especially well located if you want to see the botanical attractions of Hangzhou: the Botanical Garden, the Hangzhou Plant Nursery, Guo's Villa (all highly recommended) and the various other small gardens and forested areas on the west side of the lake, which is a 15-minute walk away along roads through the Botanical Garden.

Very excellent location and very nice hotel room. Clean and has good amenities. Shower was hot.

The place is good, the room is clean and the staff is so friendly. It’s a bit far from the subway but the whole place has some good vibes

1) the room is big, room decoration is very nice, we like the bed and pillow. 2) a lots of restaurant around there. 3) a bit far if walk to Xihu lake but we have done it. 4) decoration for their ublic place is super nice. 5) their service is very good, they help us to arrange grab to Wuzhen.

This homestay is really good. I was attracted by the style of Huage when selecting rooms on the website. The actual product is even more beautiful than the one in the photo, and the service staff are also very professional and considerate. They will take the initiative to help me move my luggage. They warmly help introduce the surrounding environment, answer any questions, and the room is also very comfortable. Great check-in experience, I will choose again next time!

I have lived in this hotel for several times. What attracts me most is the style of the hotel, clean and hygienic accommodation environment, comfortable bedding, quiet at night and thoughtful service. I will stay here every time I come to Hangzhou!
