It was okay overall, but the room was quite a walk from the front desk. The room layout wasn't great; there was nowhere to put a suitcase, and the flow could be better. The mirror was a bit small. Other than that, everything else was fine, and the service was good!

The elevator in Zone 3 was broken, so we tried to take the stairs to the second floor, but it wouldn't stop and took us to the sixth floor. Thinking it wasn't a high floor, we decided to take the emergency exit. When we got to the second floor, the card reader showed it was invalid, and the emergency exit door was locked. We tried the third floor, but all the exits were locked. My companion urgently needed to use the restroom, so we called the front desk. It took almost 10 minutes for them to arrive, only to tell us they didn't have the key and couldn't open the door! It's unimaginable how many innocent people would be unable to escape in the event of a fire because the emergency exits were locked! The front desk said it was a fire door, but even if it is, the card reader shouldn't be invalid and unable to open it! I asked what to do in case of an accident, and the front desk said to just wait in the stairwell. The reason I'm bringing this up today is to hope that this problem can be addressed in advance to prevent future incidents. With so many conference guests every day, the consequences of an accident would be unimaginable. It's not something that can be resolved with an apology or "if only I had known." If there's no follow-up, I will continue to write about this, and if necessary, I will call the fire department. How can we dare to stay at this hotel when our company meetings are always scheduled here!

The hygiene was appalling. The pillows were moldy and had drool stains. The trash cans weren't emptied properly, the drain was full of hair, and the kettle was rusty. The merchant was very friendly when I first booked, but later turned around and started swearing at me. It was false advertising; the actual product was completely different from the photos! The photos on the platform were obviously heavily edited and stolen! The actual room was dark and damp, the walls were moldy and peeling, and the floor looked like it hadn't been mopped in years. The so-called "cozy Nordic style" was nothing more than a junkyard!
