The hostel was conveniently located in downtown near the West Lake. The West Lake was only a 20 minute walk away. The staff was friendly and helpful. I accidentally left behind some photos after checking out, so and they said they would hold them for me until my friend can pick them up. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. My only complaint is that the shower water would randomly change temperatures from cold to very hot. Overall, I would stay here again. The price is great and the hostel is welcoming.

It's closed to metro exit A, and the bus stop is just right at the door! The staff are very friendly! It has many hanging spaces. Shared bathroom and toilet! People enjoyed this place as it has a roof, bar, studying area, make-up room, and lots of activities. It will be great to have a recycling bin.

This is my 2nd time to stay. The dorm much cleaner than before, which is a great improvement. Also a service in amenities is more than before. Like a shampoo and a body soap is provided nowadays. Well done.

I think the place was lacking in cleanliness. The washing up area at the sink is always wet and dirty and there weren't any soap. Even the toilet bowls were cleaned properly. Everyone who stayed there for long were close knitted so it was really hard to make friends.

The location is very good. Near bus stop, metro station, west lake attractions and other transportation facilities. Staff are friendly and supportive. However, I think the hostel could be improved more in restroom organization and cleaning.

I stayed 4 nights in 4 female bed room and it was lovely. My roommates were very respectful. The room had everything I needed, except for towels, but you can purchase disposable ones from the machine and they were okay! The terrace in the hostel had such a cool vibe. I ordered food online and then ate it on the terrace which was lovely. They also organise different kind of events, karaoke nights, movie nights etc. So cool! The hostel is easy to find, the metro station is literally 4 minute walk. There are plenty of shops Family Mart, Lawsons and pharmacies nearby. A lot of places to eat within walking distance. Really convenient location! I cycled only 20 minutes to West lake scenic area and then walked back which took me less than 50 minutes but was a pleasant and easy walking route. I would highly recommend staying here if you are on a low budget and don't mind sharing space. Bathroom was gender mixed but very clean and no issues there! I'd stay here again definitely! 😍

Spent one night in the shared female dorm. Easily the best hostel I've ever been to in this price range (9€ a night for me), staff in nice, everything Is new and clean, the 10th floor terrace is great, wish I had more time to enjoy the place fully. The hostel is a 20min walk or very short bike ride from the west lake. Would recommend.

The hostel is great, 1 lady in night shift spoke very good english and help me a lot for my needs,i forgot to ask her name. Due note that most of the guests are local so cleanliness in common area isnt top notch. You need to buy disposable towel in the machine. Personally i wont book to stay in hostel again in china due to the room mates. Its gona be hit or miss. The first room they gave me are full of rude roommates they hang panties by the entrance door and kept all their shoes and luggages by my bedside and i used google translate to ask one of them to please move it to their locker or bedside cos i dont have space to move. Then she said her bag is too big to fit in the locker. So i told her you can put it on your bedside, at first she said ok but suddenly she start shouting at me like ***. I have to call the staff to deal with her cos she wont stop screaming at me. The staff moved me to a different room with less people and normal room mates thankfully. Again its not the hostel's fault just be aware that you might encounter these kind of people of you decide to book hostels in china

Good hostel with a lrime location. There's notany food options around but you can find a decent noodle shop downstairs and some other resto accross the street. The bus stop and metro and bike rental is literally 1 minute away. The room is spacious and the staff is super helpful. The leisure area is nice with a city view. However, the toilet needs improvement. They seem to have it cleaned only once a day. It tends to get smelly and water spashing on the floor after a few hours.

Had an amazing experience. Staff is efficient and helpful. Guests are friendly, although not everyone speaks English. Still i was able to play snooker and cards with people as a foreigner. Please keep in mind that some young people come here to live temporarily until they find a job and an apartment. So expect it's not all travelers.

The hostel location is really convenient. It is close to a metro station, convince store and many restaurants. It is a short bike ride from west lake and the neighborhood is really nice. The hostel itself had friendly and helpful staff and also a really cute cat. The room was clean and things were new. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay here again if I visit Hangzhou again.

Nice and clean also comfortable place . Easy access to anywhere especially to west lake . You can take bus no 12 or the metro is very easy with just 1 stop or 15 -20 mins bicycle ride to west lake and best attraction cutest cat 🐱to play with .
