Ulasan Bokai West Lake Hotel (Hangzhou Hubin)

This is a smaller hotel that is good for a day/ two in hangzhou! Hotel is small and not the cleanest, with tighter space and slightly older furnitures and appliances.. amenities were provided and bed was comfortable

Room quite small if u have big luggage then its hard to move around but still manageable. Clean. Its depends on where u wanted to visit. I would say its located between west lake and nan song street. Overall satisfied. Basic room.

Location is very convenient, easy to go west lake, Qing he fang, Surround is Metro, Mall.. etc Good service and helpful guide from receiptionist

I'm going with my mom here, it's not that close to metro station. it's not so new building. the staff are nice, they try to be helpful.

Incredible location, 1 km from West Lake, 350 meter to Metro line 1, and 1.5 km from Qin something shopping street. Managed to book a Wuzhen your, very helpful and patient when booking it (phone translations). Though tour was only available in Chinese. Was not an issue though, just did not get all the details of the first area for 1 hour. Rest of the time was free time to explore.

Good Location ,they provide good service..easy to go around, easy to get food.

Hotel's on a quiet street with many shops nearby, fruits, bakery, Pharmacy n Supermarket, very convenient,short walk to Xi lake.. Rooms r clean, receptionist very helpful..

Small room. Room is clean but dust under the bed. Convenient location to any main attractions by walk in 20-30 mins. Very close to MRT. No hot water to shower.

The location of hotel is easy to find and the staff at front desk is lovely. Checked-in process was quick. There’s no toothbrush in the room but can ask it from the front desk. Room’s big compared with the price so we designed to have the other night here too. But we found the small cockroach,used tissue be hide room front door and the hair on shampoo dispenser.

Nearby attraction. There is a food store nearby. The staff is helpful.

It's a good hotel. Location is great and it's got everything around: transportation, food, etc. It's also clean.

Good hotel, nice room but all a bit old (especially bathroom) and the lack of any english at the reception is a bit of a let down
