Ulasan Hampton by Hilton Hangzhou Binjiang

Perkhidmatan yang sangat bersih, indah, sangat membantu dan perasaan mesra secara keseluruhan. Bilik-bilik sangat luas, katilnya sangat selesa. Kawasan pejabat anggun yang hebat jika anda perlu berehat di tempat kerja, kawasan pancuran mandian dan bilik mandi anggun di seluruh. Sarapan adalah kualiti berbanding kuantiti, dan dilakukan dengan sangat baik. Saya fikir untuk harga ia adalah tawaran mutlak. Akan berkata di sini lagi pasti! Foto saya adalah seorang yang tinggal di dalam bilik, bukan hanya dibuka. Anda boleh tahu apabila tiba bilik itu telah dibersihkan sepenuhnya setiap kali!

Front counter service was alright. They were happy to assist to order on behalf when I needed help with food delivery since the app didn’t work on my phone without a China number. Shower stall smelled of dampness and mildew. Housekeeping lady insisted on cleaning my room everyday, even though my DND sign was on. Still, she did a good job and was friendly all the time so kudos to Ms 秋。The room I was given was opposite a busy crossroads and I couldn’t really rest well on some days with the constant car horns going off (the drivers in Hangzhou are an impatient bunch so the horns were plenty). Even so, the bed was extremely comfy and the room was decent. Towels were clean. Was there for a 2-day concert and it was a straight line 20-min walk to the Olympic Arena.

Convenient location, with subway stop just minutes from the hotel. Drive from the airport was only 20minutes without traffic. Room was clean and modern. Housekeeping was very efficient.

I give full mark on the service because the front desk allow us to check in early. Location is good, the Asia Game stadium and riverside walk is within walking distance. Going around town and tourist spots like west lake is within 30min by DiDi. Only dissatisfaction I got with this hotel is the gym. I understand not every hotel gym come with weight machines, but can you at least make sure the dumb bells set is a complete with full range of weight, not just 4, 10, 14, 18, 22kg.

Amazing hotel to go with my family !!! The robot and staffs are so helpful to help us with the takeaway! They helped us in ordering food , taxi and delivering our stuffs ! Really recommend

地理位置非常好，樓下就是地鐵站，非常方便。前台小帥服務非常好，給安排了一間朝小區的房間，房間衞生乾淨，早餐也很好吃
