I chose this hotel for my family trip to Hangzhou, and I'm so glad I did! The front desk staff were very welcoming and the lobby was lovely. Our room was spacious and well-equipped with amenities like a microwave and a coffee machine. The laundry room was also a lifesaver with its practical dryer. Breakfast offered a great variety of options, and parking was convenient. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and I highly recommend it!

Service: Excellent, especially a shout-out to the front desk staff – so welcoming! We were greeted with their smiles as soon as we walked in. Facilities: There's a laundry room with a dryer, which is great. It was really hot during our trip, making it hard to wash clothes, so having a laundry room was super convenient. Cleanliness: Clean and comfortable. Environment: Also very good. Overall, everything was excellent and worth recommending.

I brought my dog to Hangzhou for a vet visit, and the hotel was very clean, allowing me to sleep soundly. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I didn't make it to breakfast, though. It was also convenient for getting around and parking.

Had a very pleasant stay in the room! 👍 The front desk staff, particularly a young lady, was incredibly warm and helpful, with an excellent attitude – so gentle and considerate. Her professionalism was outstanding. I'll definitely be back for my next trip.

It's rare to find a pet-friendly hotel that truly exceeds expectations! Finally, I don't have to board my dog when I travel! The hotel is very accommodating towards guests with pets, and the staff are friendly and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable, making our stay with our schnauzer, Dodge, completely hassle-free. There were no strict or complicated restrictions, and the management was very understanding. The value for money is great, and it's perfect for short trips with your furry friend. I've saved it to my favorites and will definitely book again the next time I travel with my dog!

Checking in at Hilton, and the experience exceeded my expectations! The environment and hygiene were spot-on, with great attention to detail, and the toiletries were fully stocked. My stay here was really great. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful. Chose this hotel when I came to Hangzhou. The location isn't remote at all, and getting around is super convenient. The front desk service is genuinely excellent; every staff member greets you, and any requests are handled quickly. They even offer late-night snacks, which is a great touch.

The soundproofing isn't great; I could hear water running and people talking at night. Everything else was good, though. The front desk was always quick to address any issues, and the breakfast was nice. I'd come back again if I have the chance.

Traveling from Beijing with my kid and dog, we've been staying at Hilton hotels all the way, and the Hangzhou one had the best service. Every staff member greeted us and even said hello to our dog. Special shout-out to the front desk guy with glasses and curly hair on the evening of July 5th. He spent a long time helping me with a stuck charging cable, even going to contact the building's property management. Later that night, when I took my dog out for a walk in the rain, I saw him wiping up rainwater from the floor in front of the elevator with a cloth. If I come back to Hangzhou, this hotel will definitely be my top choice. It's convenient for both kids and pets, the service is excellent, and everyone is smiling. Thumbs up to Hilton Hangzhou! 👍
