Ulasan Lakeview Hotel Hangzhou

Easy stroll to West lake, Wulin night market, Yintai shopping mall and many great restaurants nearby. We stayed three nights in one lake view suite and one city view room. The view from the lake view suite is fantastic! The attached sunset picture was actually taken in the room! I want to call out for Yajun and Huapin from the service team who are super friendly and gave us some great tips for Hangzhou! The breakfast is included with a good variety of choices. My kids especially love the Doraemon dissert which is so cute! See my attached photo too. On our last day, we even walked to the subway station at Fengqi road with several big luggages to catch a train at the railway east station. Without a local mobile number it's hard to catch a cab and cabs are usually small to fit more than one big luggage. Just notice at the intersection of Qingchun and Yan'an road you cannot turn left but to cross the pedestrian bridge with the escalator to the other side of the road first.

Very good location by Xihu. Nice selection at breakfast including the makings for a full English breakfast. A couple of small disappointments for me, however. I paid 600 RMB extra for a lake view but the view (see below) was less than I expected based on the promo picture on the site. My wife called the front desk and was told that for even more extra we could get a better view. Also, as a tea lover, I had higher expectations of the tea shop in the lobby—the staff seemed to have been hired because they were young and cute rather than because of their enthusiasm for tea. Overall a pretty good place.

I recently stayed at the Lakeview hotel and had a good experience. This hotel has an excellent location,close to a few major major scenery points. The outdoor temperature was high, but the floor managers 余英 袁菁菁 provided outstanding service。Whenever I requested additional water bottles, they were delivered to my room almost immediately.

Strategically location. It's located just opposite the west lake and near the Wulin night market. Easy access to restaurants and tourist spots.. room is clean with simple amenities provided .

Modest hotel located a street away from West Lake. It is olden luxury hotel, the furnitures are a bit dated but still working well. Service staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Aided us with transportation around the city as well as helping us with communication with courier services as well.

And oh, the blissful slumber on those plush beds—truly unparalleled! 4. Service Par Excellence: 刘营 and 牛玉芳, the consummate housekeeping professionals, deserve special mention. Whether catering to the needs of elderly guests or assisting wheelchair users, their professionalism and genuine care were evident. 5. Enchanting Ambiance: The hotel’s historic allure, reflected in its elegant architecture, transported us to another era. A hidden gem, discreetly nestled near West Lake, it cast a spell on our senses. In summary, I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to both leisure and business travelers. Our stay was nothing short of unforgettable.

Perfect location, 5 minutes walk to west lake’s famous bridge. Hotel has very friendly customer services, and employee Wang Min provided helpful tips for traveling around west lake area.

We had a wonderful stay in Lakeview hotel Hangzhou. They have a wide spread of breakfast and just walking distance to Xihu. The hotel is also located walking distance to the night market and lots of shopping and food area. Room is designed traditional and old, yet bed is soft and comfortable. Room size is spacious. The hotel attendant Mr. 周远峰 is very friendly and helpful. We had several requests and he is always on a good customer service and greeted us with a smile. All requests are fulfilled with 100% customer satisfaction.

Especially helpful by the staffs from concierge department and floor staff: 周远峰（礼宾）和 郑志红（宾房）。

Our first trip to this hotel. The hotel is conveniently located near west lake and shops. The facility was not used as we stayed for only 1 night however the USB in the room does not work and WiFi is not that great. We didn’t eat anything here so can’t comment.

Other than the hotel being a bit behind in term of internet connection facilities, the other aspects of service, cleanliness and location are excellent. I will not hesitate to recommend the hotel for accommodation in Hangzhou.

This hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very comfortable. The location is very central, across the road from West Lake and close enough to the metro, Wulin Road and Hubin Road. Service is excellent and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The only criticism is that I was unable to get internet access via the WiFi and mobile signal in the room was only 3G making it impossible to do much work, especially video calls.

Week long stay. Super close walk to delicious food, vibrant night market on Wu Lin Road, and very walk-able to West Lake and various underground metro stops and bus stations. Amenities at the hotel were good, but the staff were truly incredible. Concierge table was outstanding and staff were fluent in Mandarin and English and helped recommend and assist in booking travel methods like metro vs. taxi vs. high speed rail. Night shift staff Zheng 先生 (didn't catch his full name) also gave us paper maps with directions, and was very knowledgeable about local sights and attractions. Front desk were efficient and helpful. Cleaning staff member, 王跃霞, was super great and very communicative and helpful and gave us water. Breakfast at the hotel was fine. Big selection includes bacon, bread, salad but nothing super delicious. Dined one night at the dining room on the 7th floor and it was fine but definitely avoid the sweet and sour fish dishes those were too vinegar forward to be good. View was very good if you walk onto the balcony though.
