Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is clean, the environment is comfortable, and the location is perfect—just steps away from Hangzhou Zhan Station. The staff were very kind and allowed me to leave my luggage after checkout. The city view from the room was also beautiful. The only drawback is that the towels provided are one-time-use disposable towels, which I found a bit inconvenient. Aside from that, everything else was wonderful.

Really nice location, close to the metro line 5/7. Free amenities are appreciated. Rooms are very clean. Although I think we got a room that felt more cramped because it was around the corner, so the space went more towards the bathroom but we managed to open our luggage despite a smaller bedroom. Service was great especially from a particular staff: 李俏俊. He was very helpful and friendly, gave us recommendations on what to do in Hangzhou. We really appreciated his hospitality.

AAnonymous UserMy recent trip to Hangzhou led me to the Mercure Hangzhou West Lake Fengqi Road, and my stay far exceeded expectations – it's definitely my top choice for anyone visiting Hangzhou, whether for leisure or business! The hotel's location is absolutely superb, situated in the heart of Fengqi Road in Gongshu District. It's just a 3-minute walk to Jianguo North Road Metro Station, and the Suoxiang bus stop is right outside. This makes it incredibly convenient to get to West Lake Scenic Area, Wulin Commercial District, or the Provincial Children's Hospital. There are also plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, so you don't have to worry about planning your commutes at all. As a brand under the Accor Group, the hotel beautifully blends French elegance with local Hangzhou charm. The warm yellow lighting in the lobby, paired with comfortable booth seating, immediately creates a relaxing vibe as soon as you step in. The guest rooms are simple yet tastefully decorated, with down pillows and soft bedding that instantly soothe you after a long day. The room was spotlessly clean with no strange odors, the hot water was plentiful, the air conditioning was powerful, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a wonderfully peaceful night's sleep. Whether it's the location, the facilities, or the attention to service details, this hotel is simply flawless and offers incredible value for money. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Hangzhou, and I've already recommended it to friends planning to come. It truly is a worthwhile choice!

The only minor drawback is that check-in isn't until 3:30 PM (though earlier check-in is possible if rooms are available), but this hotel is just incredibly popular. The hotel boasts numerous rooms with an exceptionally high occupancy rate and a variety of room types. Stepping inside, there's a magical sense of calm. For the same price, you might only get a standard room in Shanghai, but here we enjoyed a lake view suite. The service was also top-notch; my family felt right at home, praising the hospitality. It was money well spent. Even during the holiday, the swimming pool and hot spring weren't overcrowded, which speaks to excellent management, as reservations are required. Since it's winter, swimming was a bit chilly. However, there's also a sizable, slightly warmer children's pool area, which is absolutely fantastic.

WWulongaihechaMy family and I visited Xixi Wetland during the National Day holiday and stayed in Room 19 of the 'Hushu Guest House.' The 60-square-meter room was spacious and airy, perfect for three people. The decor was a charming Chinese retro style, and the garden landscape was beautiful and serene. Overall, the stay was fantastic! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 🏠 **Indoor Environment:** The room featured an entryway for shoes, a bathroom, a sitting area, a bedroom, and a private outdoor terrace. I loved being able to see the lake directly from the bed – very relaxing. A nighttime soak in the tub was wonderful, with a lovely view outside the window. 💁 **Service:** The butler and all staff members were incredibly polite and enthusiastic. There was a dedicated shuttle service from the North Gate of the wetland. After check-in, the butler thoughtfully explained the hotel's garden design and surroundings, then guided us to our room and detailed its layout. We received complimentary welcome fruit and evening service, and the entire room smelled fragrant and fresh. We also participated in a craft class with an instructor, which was a great experience. 🍃 **Outdoor Environment:** The winding paths were secluded and picturesque. All guest room areas could be accessed via a single loop, so there was no getting lost, and along the way, we experienced various scenic views. The air was fresh, there was abundant greenery, and it was very quiet – even the elderly enjoyed it. 📪 **Minor Drawbacks:** Unfortunately, the complimentary photoshoot service we were offered fell through as the collaborating photographer bailed, so we didn't get to experience that. Also, we forgot to claim the complimentary drinks at the bar.

Whether it is a business trip or a leisure trip, it can save a lot of commuting time. The hotel has its own parking lot, and parking is also very convenient. From the moment you step into the hotel, you can feel the enthusiasm and professionalism of the staff. The receptionist at the front desk is friendly with a smile, and the check-in process is efficient and smooth; the room service is meticulous, whether it is midnight snack delivery or luggage storage, it can respond to needs quickly, and truly make ”guests feel at home”. The overall hygiene of the room is excellent, the bedding is as white as new, and it is changed for each guest, which makes people feel at ease; the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, without water stains and odors, and the quality is reflected in the details. The service attitude of the front desk guy Xiao Cai is very friendly. When checking in, he took the initiative to ask about the room arrangement requirements, and introduced the surrounding travel and midnight snacks. I forgot to bring the charger when I went out, and he took the initiative to lend me his charger. If there is a need, he will help solve the problem as soon as possible, and I will recommend friends and family to stay

I had initially planned to book two rooms, but due to a mix-up and booking late, I only managed to secure one. With a 'what-the-heck' attitude, I called, and Ms. Shao Linfang from the reservations department answered. She said she'd help me confirm. Although I couldn't get the second room, she was incredibly responsive, upgraded my existing room, and even arranged for a fruit platter. She also proactively asked if I needed children's amenities, which were prepared and ready in the room, along with a mini-bar. It truly lives up to its reputation as a seasoned five-star hotel; the overall service standard is consistently excellent. Crucially, the hotel's location is superb. Wulin Night Market is right downstairs, and West Lake is just a 10-minute walk away. This was incredibly convenient, especially when West Lake's traffic restrictions made it impossible to get a taxi. The buffet breakfast also offered a good variety. I was very satisfied with the accommodation on this trip. A special thanks to Ms. Shao!

It's very close to West Lake, and many conferences are held at the hotel. You can also explore Yan'an Road, Qingchun Road, Wahaha Building, the Urban Construction Exhibition Hall, and Kerry Center nearby.

The hotel's cleanliness was meticulous; the bed sheets and duvet covers in the room were spotless and odorless, and there were no water stains or hidden corners in the bathroom, making my stay feel incredibly reassuring. The front desk service was very efficient, check-in was smooth the whole way through, and they even offered to help with my luggage. Any requests were handled promptly. The room facilities worked perfectly, the mattress was just right—not too soft, not too hard—and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep. The location is an even bigger bonus; it's just a few minutes' walk from the subway station, and there are plenty of options for dining and shopping nearby. It's fantastic value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time. Highly recommend!
