Hygiene: Super nice, meticulously cleaned every day. We ate some rather pungent BBQ in the room, but by the next day, there was no unpleasant smell at all. Environment: The view is excellent and unobstructed, offering a great panorama. Service: They proactively communicated about item storage and safekeeping, which was nice.

Airport shuttle service: great and punctual. I'd stayed here once before and had a good experience, which is why I booked again. However, this time wasn't good. Around 10 PM, it started getting very noisy, and I couldn't fully fall asleep. After midnight, I was suddenly woken up by a huge bang, with doors constantly slamming shut—it was truly loud enough to call the police. I understand that guests staying near an airport might have different arrival and departure times, but couldn't the front desk adjust room assignments based on that? I probably won't be staying here again.

Had a great stay! The location is excellent, really close to Hubin 88, in77, and Gonglian CC – just a few minutes' walk. The environment was also very good, no dirt anywhere, and the cleaning staff tidied up daily (they'd ask first or wait for the 'please clean' sign). Soundproofing was surprisingly good too. Being right by the road, I expected some traffic noise, but I didn't hear a thing at night and slept very soundly, hehe. Lastly, the lovely ladies and gentlemen at the front desk were all wonderful, with super friendly attitudes! ｡:.ﾟヽ(*´∀`)ﾉﾟ.:｡

The room was great! Very big, with a very nice layout. Lots of free space. Good soundproofing. And a very large and clear mirror.

This stay far exceeded my expectations. The hotel's location is excellent, just across the road from West Lake, and right next to the China Academy of Art (West Lake Campus). If you're an art lover and have time, you can even visit the art museum there. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and housekeeping responded promptly. When I asked the front desk if there was a convenience store nearby, the staff didn't just give a standard reply; instead, they genuinely cared about my actual needs and offered personalized solutions, which was incredibly thoughtful. My friends also reported a great experience; the hotel environment is quiet and clean, and the breakfast selection is rich and delicious. I hope to stay here again on my next visit to Hangzhou. If you choose to stay, you might want to request a tree-view room; it's much more elegant than a city-view room.

The deciding factor for me to book this hotel was that it was near the airport and close to the subway. There are not many hotels like that. It is one stop from the airport on line 1. The room is not big for the price. However, there are many restaurants, a small supermarket, a fruit shop, a tea shop, and other places outside, and you can get your groceries delivered quickly. A robot machine will bring it to the front of your hotel room. Airport shuttle is available in the early morning. There were many other customers using the service. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Hotel was conveniently located within 10 mins of the Hangzhou East Railway station. It was only a 10 minute walk to Line 1 of the metro, so it’s a good location. The staff was accommodating enough although there was some confusion about discounts and a KTV on the 3rd floor? (I don’t speak Chinese) The room was fine but old. The heater worked well which is good for winter. The only drawbacks were no refrigerator in the room and no heat in the bathroom, so getting out of the shower was COLD. We called the front desk for a space heater and they said they didn’t have one. The biggest drawback was the bed. It was WAY too soft. It was like sleeping on a water bed, no support at all. Also, when we were checking out there was no bathroom in the lobby. Just in the rooms. We only stayed for 2 nights and we were out and about all day so it wasn’t too big of an issue but if I were to visit Hangzhou again I would choose one of the MANY other Ji Hotel locations I saw throughout the city. (There is literally another one right around the block that looked nicer)

The front desk lady was super enthusiastic; she gave us some fruit and helped us with the elevator. The room was clean and tidy, and we chose a quiet one, so the soundproofing was decent. Eating and transportation nearby are quite convenient, and it's really close to West Lake. It was great to take a stroll around!

The hotel is very new and has tea sets, which is really thoughtful! It happened to be raining heavily due to the cold air, and I could drink tea quietly in the hotel, feeling very happy.

I originally booked a room on the 2nd floor, because I was afraid of noisy, the front desk lady was very enthusiastic to help me upgrade to the 6th floor, the room was very comfortable, the health was very clean, the buffet was also very good, the aunt could clean up the tableware in time, the front desk Miss sister is also very enthusiastic when I leave, I will book here next time! ! !
