桔子也算老牌酒店了，要是想不出住哪裡就找桔子，乾淨衞生，服務都很到位，還有洗衣房，非常讚的，洗護用品都是桔子味的，秋天桔子成熟季節聞着特別舒服。地理位置優越，到龍鱗壩開車40多分鐘，後面還有個停車場，雖然小，但都有位置。

因為剛好要去杭州聽演唱會，不想當天來回，也想着剛好附近找個民宿帶着狗子住一晚。 地理位置離杭州方便。在大葛村裡，是居民原來的樓改造的，老闆説以前他是做密室逃脱的，今年10月開的這個民宿，算是比較新了。所以在民宿這塊感覺經驗還比較匱乏。比如攜程特權確定不是很清晰，是我拿出了訂單後才知道，讓我選擇房型。 分別來説説優缺點。 優點：房間設施以及設計還可以的。衞浴的一次性物品比較充分，還有一次性洗臉巾。入住有送零食和龍眼小水果之類的。 不足點：因為只有空調沒有地暖，所以冬天還是很冷。熱水不知道是晚上1點後會沒有還是放了浴缸的水熱水不足，最後完全沒有熱水了，好在之前已經洗好了。但是後續再用水就完全是冷水了。 擺放的茶具茶罐裏沒有茶葉。 可能由於是淡季，早餐只有一碗餛飩，品類相對簡單。 類比其他民宿，提前加微信告知了路線是在當天出發的中午。以前的經驗基本上是提前一天會加微信通知並告知停車位，並且有在快到達時幫忙帶行李。因為民宿在巷子裏，並不在路邊，是問了村民自己找到的。行李不多，對我來説並不是問題，不過確實對比體驗會略遜色些。 還有一個部分是關於寵物友好，其實店家可以不做寵物友好的。可以標識為允許攜帶就好。剛開始搜尋的時候，看到寵物友好的標識以及評論，包括有問答説可以帶狗，需要按金，我理解的是對於寵物的一個按金，退房如果有衞生特別不好的會收取費用這種按金，結果店主告訴我是寵物清潔費是150元。這個部分，因為我在挑選的時間比較早，所以我印象裏政策裏也沒有提及金額，但是當天我和店家反饋的時候他説有寫，我再去看的時候，就有了收取費用這一條。關於這個部分，感受可能不是非常好，會覺得其實攜帶寵物會被區別對待。而且基本上寄養一日的費用寵物店是100，清潔費150元也不會特別給到清潔阿姨。基本上大多攜寵出行的人羣裏會認為100+基本上是變相對寵物收費，並不是所謂的寵物友好。所以建議可以下了寵物友好標識。另外剛見面的時候驚歎我家的狗很大，以及詢問是不是會亂咬東西和拆傢俱，感覺其實對狗的接納度並不高。説這個部分，只是由衷建議，因為在江浙滬皖經常住不同的寵物友好的民宿，體驗感差距會很大。也是覺得一樣奔着寵物友好的標識來的人會失望。

這次入住的酒店，真的給了我和家人一場驚喜與温暖之旅！必須先誇一誇酒店的服務，從踏入酒店的那一刻起，就能感受到工作人員滿滿的熱情，客人的每一個需求他們都能迅速響應，解決問題的效率極高。尤其是酒店經理，更是將客人的滿意度放在首位。入住後我們反饋房間不夠暖和，沒想到，酒店經理立刻親自前來處理，不僅耐心安撫我們，還當場安排為我們免費升級到了親子房。孩子一進房間，就被精心佈置房間吸引了。那一刻，我們真切感受到了酒店滿滿的誠意。 再看看環境，酒店裝修很氣派，周邊滿眼的青山綠水，空氣清新，很適合休閑度假，；酒店門前很大一塊綠色草坪，春夏來了肯定更美。 最後説下配套設施，酒店應該還處在試運營期間，親子和娛樂設施正在緊鑼密鼓地完善中，但酒店方的貼心服務卻一點也沒落下。為了讓客人住得舒心，入住期間，除了提供豐盛的早餐，還免費贈送下午茶和午晚簡餐，菜品雖簡，卻也精緻可口，營養搭配均衡。而且，在入住期間，工作人員還熱情地送上了酒店自己栽種的草莓供我們品嚐，很贊！ 真心感謝酒店經理和全體工作人員的貼心接待，這是春節期間最温暖的小確幸！下次有機會，一定還會再來，也期待酒店越來越好。
