The location of this hotel is excellent for reaching by air or train as it’s 300m from the metro connecting the airport and central station lines. The hotel is new and well equipped although I would like to see buttons translated to English for easier access. 500m to Qing he fang street with multiple gifts stores and authentic restaurants. The front desk is very helpful with my luggage and providing me with a universal adapter when I requested. Overall if you want to stay somewhere in the center, near West Lake and easy to reach, I’d recommend you this hotel

Facilities: The facilities matched the online description and met my expectations. All the bathroom fixtures, hardware, and appliances were of high quality, making them convenient and comfortable to use.
Cleanliness: The room was meticulously cleaned; I didn't find any noticeable flaws or imperfections.
Ambiance: While the room itself and public areas like the restaurant weren't exceptionally large, they were tastefully designed, quite clever, and practical. The soundproofing in the room was excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep. My double room faced residential buildings that were quite close, so the window view was practically non-existent. If a view is important to you, please take note of the room type when booking.
Service: The service deserves a special mention! The hotel offers laundry and drying services, which was a huge help during the summer heat and saved my family the effort of washing clothes. In the evenings, they also delivered sweet soups (like red bean soup and white fungus soup) to our room. The quality was superb, and the flavors were authentic – tasting genuinely freshly prepared. I really loved this thoughtful touch and hope they continue it. Other services were attentive and thorough; all reasonable requests were promptly fulfilled, such as providing extra bottled water and luggage storage.
Overall, I'm very satisfied and hope they maintain their excellent standards. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe service at the front desk was excellent. Even though we arrived quite late, they assigned us a room facing the residential area, which was very quiet and comfortable. Being on a high floor, the air in the room felt very fresh. It also came with a mini-fridge stocked with complimentary drinks and water. For laundry, especially in summer when it's more common, you can hand it to the front desk, and they'll wash and even neatly fold your clothes. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the extended service hours were a big plus.

Hygiene: very clean and tidy, no odor
Environment: It is worth mentioning that the restaurant is facing a tea field, this scene is very characteristic of Longjing, and the restaurant tastes very good

AAnonymous UserThe location is superb, right on West Lake, offering incredible convenience for visiting attractions. The hotel features extensive, beautifully landscaped gardens. There's also a small historic building on the premises, the former residence where Chairman Mao drafted the constitution, which is certainly worth a look.
While our room was a little on the small and older side, it perfectly fit the nostalgic vibe we were looking for and didn't detract from our experience. The room came with lovely touches like orchids and fresh fruit on the desk. The small courtyard outside had kumquat trees, and we even had two butterflies fly into our room! Our child was delighted to discover a bird's nest in a tree in the courtyard.
There are two breakfast options, both offering excellent quality. The breakfast area at Xin Xin Hotel, in particular, is incredibly picturesque and great for photos.
The service staff and security guards were all very friendly, welcoming, well-trained, and quick to respond to any needs.
Overall, we were very satisfied. Our stay was comfortable and relaxing, offering outstanding value for money.

GGuest UserOur party of 3 adults spent 3 nights at the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort in early 12/2024. We came to Fuchun to see the scenaries that had inspired the famous 富春山居圖 painting. We booked 2 basic rooms (Linyin Garden View), but received free upgrades (Guizhou Lake View) at check in. I must admit our initial feelings as we arrived was one of creeping doubt, because the Fuyang city streets we had driven through (we drove in from the Hangzhou Xihu area) were very industrial, just giant factories one after another and the immediate area outside the property was just a bunch of small suburban farm homes and shops. Furthermore, as our car pulled up to the front lobby entrance, no one greeted us. Not a soul was in sight. Our driver had to poke his head inside and announce guests are here and service is needed. From there on, however, things only got better and better. So, yes, this was a quiet property. There wasn’t a lot of staff standing about. But, there was enough personnel to provide all the basic services expected. And I found they were very friendly, quick to respond, and efficient. During our 3.5 days here, we explored and enjoyed this beautiful hotel inside and out. The hotel itself (the main building) was simply grand. Its design and decor was a perfect balance of East Meets West, modernized traditional, understated elegance. The layout was a bit of a labyrinth. There were wings, corridors, and stairs you can go down to find restaurants, spa/gym/pool, conference rooms, sitting nooks, a small boat dock, and even an impressive collection of embroidery art on display. Our rooms were large and airy, spotless, the ceiling was high, and the windows opened onto the lake. The bathroom was spacious with a double sink and lots of counter space. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, definitely in line with 5 star international standards. Outside, there was a man-made lake with 2 groups of swans (or were they white geese?). They crisscrossed the lake during the day and slept below our windows at night. There was also a little children’s playground (with a pair of ducks) and what looked like a small amphitheater. Several short paths allowed us to walk the sizable grounds. Early one morning, we followed one across a little brook to the edge of the tea terrace. Another morning, we strolled down a road flanked by bamboo that led to the beautiful villas that stood apart from the main hotel. Everywhere, the atmosphere was tranquil and the views spectacular. We ate most of our meals at the hotel since we were unfamiliar with the area and didn’t really want to go out looking (this was the end of a 2 week trip). We tried both of the restaurants on-site (the Chinese and the Western/Fusion) and thought they were fine overall, since food/ingredients were fresh and of good quality. Taste and craft were okay, not great but acceptable. In truth, we were probably not too demanding at this point, as we had already gorged out during our previous stay in the HZ/Xihu area. In summary, our family really liked the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort. We were very comfortable during our short stay. We really appreciated the quiet calmness of the place as well as the warm service provided by the entire staff. We would love to return. It was an easy car ride from the HZ city area, and it was easy to hire cars to nearby and more distant attractions. Lastly, for those interested in the 富春山居圖, there is a replica of the painting (both parts and to scale) displayed downstairs in the spa :)

We brought my parents along, and they upgraded their room for free, and even added a tatami bed at no extra charge. We were so grateful! The water was plentiful and thoughtful, and the staff were very helpful, offering guidance, luggage assistance, and even shuttle services to the scenic area. My parents kept saying it was well worth the money! We'd definitely stay at this resort again!

YYYFUNThe hotel location is quite convenient, it's just a 6-10mins walking distance to the nearest metro station (subway), 16-20mins driving distance to Xiaoshan airport.
There are restaurants, convenience stores, supermarket, and pharmacies within walking distance.
It contains complete facilities with a restaurant for breakfast, a self-serve laundry, and a fitness room.
The double room is spacious, clean and hygienic, with all the necessary items in the room like a hair dryer, a kettle, a fridge, cups, free mineral waters and coffee.
The staffs at the front desk are nice, friendly and helpful, very good in service.
The only problem is that on the last day of my stay, there was a sudden problem with the light in the room. It would automatically go out every 10 mins+, and it would go out completely until the room is completely dark. I would either turn it on manually or call Xiaodu to turn on the light. But this is not only inconvenient but also scary, especially when I'm in the bathroom and suddenly the light went totally off. At first I thought I would check out in a few hours and just bear with it, but then it was too terrifying so I asked the front desk to change my room. Later on, I was told that the entire 9th and 10th floors had this problem and the rooms on these 2 floors were not rented out. (Does that mean I was the only one ”communicating” with the light in the room at the end of the corridor on the 10th floor alone that night? Why didn't you tell me earlier!) Hopefully, it's fixed before renting out the room again, and please make some arrangements for your customers if the similar issue happens again, especially I reported the issue in the afternoon and your engineer came and inspected the problem, you should have known that the issue couldn't be fixed, you can't imagine how scary it was. Anyway, the staffs were still acting quite fast when I finally changed my mind to request to change the room, a guy came and moved my luggage to the 8th floor as per my request.

前台的小哥哥和小姐姐们都很亲切友善，服务态度很好。
美中不足的是，在我入住的最后一天，房间的灯突然出了问题，每隔10几分钟就会自动熄灭一次，而且是整个熄灭导致房内漆黑一片。我要嘛就手动打开，或是呼叫小度把灯打开。但这样不仅不方便而且也很可怕，尤其是我在卫生间的时候，突然之间就伸手不见五指。我原本想说还有几个小时就退房就忍一忍，但后来实在可怕还是让前台给我换了房。后来才知道原来9楼10楼都有这样的问题，已经不外租了。（那就是说当晚只有我一个人在10楼？还是在走廊尾部的房间里独自跟灯光在“沟通”？怎么不提早说啊！真把我吓得够呛……）希望问题解决之后才把房间租出去。而且以后如果有类似的事情发生请立即为你们的房客作出安排，尤其我下午已经提出问题，工程师师傅下午就来修理你们就已经知道修不好的情况下，你们无法想象当时的情况有多可怕。不过还好当我改变主意要换房的时候，前台还是行动蛮快的，也按我的要求帮我把行李搬运下8楼。

Whether it is a business trip or a leisure trip, it can save a lot of commuting time. The hotel has its own parking lot, and parking is also very convenient. From the moment you step into the hotel, you can feel the enthusiasm and professionalism of the staff. The receptionist at the front desk is friendly with a smile, and the check-in process is efficient and smooth; the room service is meticulous, whether it is midnight snack delivery or luggage storage, it can respond to needs quickly, and truly make ”guests feel at home”. The overall hygiene of the room is excellent, the bedding is as white as new, and it is changed for each guest, which makes people feel at ease; the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, without water stains and odors, and the quality is reflected in the details. The service attitude of the front desk guy Xiao Cai is very friendly. When checking in, he took the initiative to ask about the room arrangement requirements, and introduced the surrounding travel and midnight snacks. I forgot to bring the charger when I went out, and he took the initiative to lend me his charger. If there is a need, he will help solve the problem as soon as possible, and I will recommend friends and family to stay

There were also plenty of food options and shops nearby, so I never had to go far for meals or last-minute essentials.
Overall experience was great, and I’d definitely consider staying here again on my next trip!

SStanley The Travel ManThe check in process was quite smooth. No one was in line. I arrived early and the receptionist let me have the room. Sometimes the receptionist will give us information like coffee and tea are free of charge. If you need more , we can provide it. In this case. She just handed me the key card. I wouldn’t say she was all that welcoming. She was just doing her job .
I am thankful that I have free coffee and tea. Each day new ones were provided. I was there for 4 days.
The location is the best and only minutes from West Lake as well as a lively nearby shopping street to the south and a street fall of street food to the north. There is a bus stop outside that takes you around the lake . The metro station is only 10 minutes walk . It is deceiving though even though the entrance C6 is nearby less than 10 minutes away . After you entered it, you still need to walk another 8 to 10 minutes more underground. I stayed on 7 floor I think and the view was great. The building is not enough so it is not worth paying extra for lake view because you only see a sliver of the lake .
The daily cleaning is adequate. Towels were replaced, garbages disposed daily.
The room is quite big with space to place my carry on luggage. It has a desk to eat. There are enough electrical sockets to charge my devices. There is a small coffee table and a sofa which I love.
There are several things that I don’t like. One : the room is bit dark. There is no ceiling lights . The lightbulbs are not bright enough. Two : No microwaves in the building. Three : No laundry room. Four : The room door slams shut. In the morning, one can hear a lot of slamming of the door. The people didn’t slam it shut. The only way the door can be closed is to slam it so it created a lot of noise.Five : anyone can enter the building and to my floor. You don’t need a key card to reach your floor. Six. The use of single use shampoo, bathing gel. This is not environmentally friendly. If they have a large liquid bath gel and shampoo, it would be much better.
The air conditioner has no digital temperature reading. It shares the same ventilation with the other rooms. If there are smokers in the other room, you can smell it.
The room wall is not well insulated and if anyone talked a bit louder, one can hear it easily.
The hotel is one of the most expensive hotels in my trip in China. I stayed in one near Shanghai Hongquiao metro /airport. It was cheaper, fruit was served in the afternoon and through the evening and breakfast was great. Coffee was available and the person in charge was warm and friendly. My room reservation didn’t include breakfast.
The building is quite dated(aka. a bit old ). This , being a 4 stars hotel, I did have a higher expectation . I would give it a 3.0 to 3.5 stars at best.
