Hotel berhampiran Zhejiang Sanlian College (Xiyuan 9th Road), Hangzhou

We are very happy to stay here for 3 days. Our special thanks to front desk staff Martin for his excellent service and support.  We are also very appreciative to the breakfast staff, Ellie, Lune and the rest for their attentive service. Overall this is a wonderful stay with great memories of Hangzhou.

在文瀾酒店度過的一晚，讓我感受到了前所未有的舒適與愜意。房間內的裝修豪華大氣，空間佈局合理，讓人感覺既寬敞又私密。尤其是浴室，配備了高級衞浴設施，讓我在疲憊的旅途中得到了徹底的放鬆。酒店的服務更是讓我感動，從入住到退房，員工始終熱情周到，細心解答我的每一個問題。文瀾酒店不僅提供了舒適的住宿環境，更讓我感受到了家的温馨，為此次旅行畫上了圓滿的句號。

The room I stayed at was upgraded to a loft by the friendly front desk guy. The very roomy space and high ceiling was very pleasant and comfortable. I think I’ll be staying here more often.

續住了，前台小魚服務很好，房間很乾凈，裝修也看上去很舒服! 高個子的客房阿姨，服務非常和善。基本是有求必應。酒店離景點也挺近的，總之是一次非常舒服的旅行，望有機會下次還能再來住!！ 智能房間，説句話，叫小度語音機器人，開光窗簾、燈….電視… 機器人取送服務也很棒。

The service was great, the staff were nice and really did their best to assist. I would like to especially mention Yuan (not sure about the spelling) who attended to us when we arrived on our first night. she assisted with my questions even if we had to use a translator. I had so many problems at one time as it was our first night and she tried to patiently give me a solution or an answer. We got lost going to the hotel as we came by metro and the maps were not accurate enough to find it easily. We asked three people and the last one finally called the hotel to ask where it was. When we reaches the hotel, the one on duty was already waiting for us at the door. Just when we thought the tea time was over, as we were tired and hungry after all that searching, that’s when she brought a new batch of creme brulee and nicely designed yoghurt. I kid you not, that’s the best tasting yoghurt for me ever (I’ve tasted so many all these years from many different countries and brands). The breakfast had enough variety and good quality food. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

這個房間各方面都挺好的，衞生也做得不錯，應該是三四線的標準至少 自助早餐的品種也算還可以吧。唯一不足的就是朝南的房間可能外面有高架，有點吵。 以前還有歡迎水果的，現在沒有了。

本次入住整體比較滿意，無論客房大小、床品舒適度等都不錯。 酒店地理位置佳，距離地鐵3/10號線近。餐廳室外座位可眺望黃龍體育場。離浙江大學玉泉校區、杭州植物園、麴院風荷都不算遠 飯店早餐超出預期，本想隨便吃點算了，沒想到小小的餐廳餐食品種那麼豐富，兩天都吃得飽飽而且不完全重樣，持會員卡價格可以說非常便宜。 酒店的服務也相當不錯。入住退房辦理迅速，前台、清潔人員、餐廳服務態度熱情友好，主動打招呼，離店時還提出送瓶裝水，讓我們帶路上喝。雖然沒要，但感覺很周到細緻。借用充電線、插座、風油精都有求必應。 唯一不足：衛生間沖水聲有點響，睡眠淺的人容易被同屋吵醒。

這家民宿是我住過的民宿中，很滿意的一家。民宿的老闆娘很熱情，他們夫妻倆共同經營，同時也住在民宿裏，有問題或需求都可直接溝通。 房間整潔舒適，乾淨。光線充裕，通爽；早上陽光照進房間，在冬日的時光，非常舒服和愜意。房間帶一個小陽台，可以晾曬衣物，呼吸新鮮空氣。民宿位於杭州植物園旁，空氣非常清新。 民宿門前空間大，有多棵較大的桂花樹，要是在9月桂花盛開的時節，相信即使在房間內也可以聞到桂花的清香。 民宿旁邊就有停車場，自駕旅行也不用擔心停車的問題。

Bilik ini agak besar, dan lokasinya agak baik. Saya kesuntukan masa dan tidak mengambil gambar dalaman, tetapi kawasan sekitar penuh dengan B&B dengan persekitaran yang sangat baik, banyak tempat makan dan tempat makan. banyak kucing dan anjing. Perkhidmatan: Wanita muda itu membantu kami membawa kotak itu ke tingkat atas, dan kemudian meminjam kereta bateri untuk menaiki Yang Gongti, yang sangat menyeronokkan. Kemudahan: Bilik ini agak lama, tetapi kebersihan masih agak baik.
