"I was there for two days!! I booked a room for two people with a king-size bed and a ladder. Well, there were no ladders!! In the bathroom, we had silver fish, a lamp was broken, and on checkout, I had to pay extra for the bed and leave a deposit at check-in!! None of this was mentioned in the reservation. It was even funnier because we forgot to put the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door the night before… People barged into the room eight times! I've never experienced anything like it 🤣🤣🤣"
