We spent one night in this comfortable hotel just outside Hannover central station (10mins walk). Being HHonors Gold member, we were provided with a room upgrade to a nice, large and quiet room. The room and bathroom were very clean, but felt a bit dated, so a renovation would be very welcome. We are also not big fans of showers in a bath-tub, so a nice walk-in shower would have been better. Staff at the hotel were friendly, helpful and professional. Breakfast was good as well, with a good choice of food and drinks, although it did get very busy after 9:00am. We would consider staying here again when next in Hannover, especially if the hotel is renovated.

Doppelzimmer zur Alleinbenutzung. Wer das Hotel bucht, weiß dass es nicht trendy ist und ja, es hat patina. Zimmer 212 im 2. Stock war sehr groß und geräumig. Doppelbett etwas hart, aber für mich genau richtig. Amenities, Kühlschrank mit 2 Wasserflaschen kostenlos. Badezimmer mit Badewanne, geräumig. Zimmer zur Straßenseite war ruhig, kein Straßen oder Schienenlärm. Frühstück wird im Parterre eingenommen. Großes und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, welches auch immer aufgefüllt wurde. Von Aufbackbrötchen unter der Woche keine Spur. Filterkaffee sowie auch Vollautomat verfügbar. Der Espresso vom Vollautomaten war nicht meins. Allein in allem ein solides Hotel, sehr zentral und gut gelegen. Ich würde es nochmal buchen.

Das Hotel ist modern ausgestattet und ist interessant in ein Bestandsgebäude integriert. Es gibt gefühlt längere Wege, das alles über das rund gestaltete Zentrum läuft. Hier fi der sich auch ein kleiner SB Shop der von Getränke über Chips bis hin zum Ladekabel ein gutes Angebot hat. Direkt nebenan hat es aber auch einen City Rewe (09-2022). Das Essen war gut, auch während der Tagung und der Service war freundlich. Neben einem interessanten Pausenraum mit alten Maschinen kann man auch den sehr nahen großen Parkt zum Wald and Talk oder zum entspannten laufen nutzen.

Ich habe Anfang des Jahres bereits mehrere Male in diesem Hotel übernachtet und war immer zufrieden. Ist ja ein bißchen ”Vintage” aber es gibt Zimmer mit Balkon für relativ kleines Geld. Nun in Zeiten des Virus (Anfang Juli) war die Rezeption nur von 10 bis 16 Uhr besetzt, man betrat das Hotel dank eines extra angereisten Mitarbeiters (man musste vorher anrufen und mitteilen wann man kommt um eingelassen zu werden) über einen Seiteneingang (der Haupteingang war mit Gittern abgesperrt) und durfte seine Koffer durch ein nicht sonderlich schönes Treppenhaus tragen, da der Fahrstuhl deaktiviert war. Hotelbar und Frühstücksraum geschlossen. Alles in Allem ein bißchen unheimlich. Ich hoffe aber dass sie sich wieder ”berappeln” und gut durch diese Zeiten kommen, dann würde ich mir das auch mal wieder anschauen.

This hotel is at the central bus station called ZOB which is not the best area in Hannover. It is however very near to the city centre (Hauptbahnhof, Kröpcke). The parking is opposite in a public parking and ther is no direct connection. With a lot of luggage you can face some problems. We read previous reviews that staff is super unfriendly and unhelpful which we can confirm for when we arrived as well as had a question about parking in front of the hotel to load the luggage (advice: don't do it as it is strictly prohibited by the city, but the receptionist did not seem to be bothered by us or our request). However, when we left the hotel an older woman was at the reception and she was super friendly! The younger staff should definitely take her as an example on how to be in the hotel industry. We did not try any food there, so cannot comment on that. The rooms are outdated and only some are renovated, however, there are HUGE, which is a BIG pluspoint for us, especially in December with all the additional presents and what not.

We only stayed here one night, but it was a lovely stay that made a very favorable impression. We arrived in Hannover by train (not the original plan but thanks to Lufthansa's poor management, a plan we were stuck with) and were delighted to find that the hotel was just across the street from the station. Our room was very spacious and quiet and included a walk in closet and desk area, and the bathroom was over the top! There was a tv (with all my favorite international options) imbedded in the bathroom mirror , which let me watch the news while getting ready. Also, when you turn on the water in the shower, Classical music pipes in along with a colored light show! It's a bit Las Vegas-sy, but I loved it. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast had just enough options to jump-start our day.

Leider nicht wirklich zu empfehlen. Personal ist freundlich, das war's dann aber auch. Geben durchgehend besetzte Rezeption an, machen aber täglich zu einer anderen Uhrzeit zu. Am einen Tag um 22, am nächsten um 21 Uhr am Sonntag um 20 Uhr. Je nach Belieben. Damit ist dann auch die Bar geschlossen. Bei mir ging an zwei Tagen die Zimmerkarte nicht weshalb dann am Abend erst jemand kommen musste um die neu zu programmieren. Ist natürlich nervig, wenn man nach der Arbeit dann noch über ne halbe Stunde vor dem Zimmer warten muss bis man rein kann. Auch zu erwähnen ist die Nähe zu den gut frequentierten Bahngleisen. Das Hotel ist direkt an den Gleisen und die ersten beiden Nächte wacht man dann doch recht häufig auf wenn Mal wieder ein Güterzug vorbei tackert. Zimmer sind sonst in Ordnung aber sehr klein.

Schönes Hotel für ein paar Übernachtungen durchaus eine Empfehlung. War zu einer Messe im HCC und bin früh von dort aus in va. 30Minuten gelaufen bis hin. Sehr relaxter Waldspaziergang bis zum HCC vom Hotel aus Nettes Personal, Frühstück sehr gut. Abends gibt es Restaurant mit üblichen Standards (Burger, Schnitzel, Salate, Rumpsteak etc.) und kleine Bar die wirklich gemütlich ist. Frühstück etwas auf die Zeiten achten - es kann manchmal etwas voll sein. Es gibt eine Sauna die gratis genutzt werden kann (ab 17Uhr) Handtücher gibt es in der Sauna. Bademantel kann man sich selbst mitbringen.

This hotel is about 10 mins walk from Hannover Central Station. Its directly opposites an Indian restaurant and there are several small mini markets around the hotel. However, there are no larger super markets in the zone. There is Subway Sandwich bar is about 8 mins walk from the hotel. For the price, this hotel is good value of money. My room was located of level 3 of this hotel, and there was nice outlook with trees and historical homes in the nearby streets. Internet was very good. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Stayed two nights at the beginning of our trip to Germany. The hotel is basic but clean, well-located and good value for the money. the breakfast was outstanding. Staff are friendly and helpful. Parking is is in a covered lot. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Second time we have stayed here and have to say it’s a nice and well positioned hotel. Staff are super helpful. Just one warning don’t park your car at Q Park as it’s shut on Sunday so to avoid getting locked in like us use another car park if you plan to leave Sundays. Mandy at Reception is a diamond and helped us out big time so 5 stars for her service

São poucos passos da estação de trem de Hanover até o hotel pela saída norte da estação, o que o torna extremamente conveniente para quem precisa estar bem central. O centro de compras (Kröpcke) também não está longe, bem como bons restaurantes. O hotel é, de fato, bastante simples, apresar de suas proporções grandiosas. Os quartos são amplos e bem iluminados mas não há controle de temperatura; a suíte é enorme e comporta bem uma família. O café da manhã é servido no 2º andar num salão gigantesco e é básico porém suficiente. Com várias salas de tamanhos e capacidade variados, o Plaza serve muito bem para reuniões e congressos. Para quem vai apenas pernoitar na cidade a turismo ou quem veio para um congresso e quer ficar bem perto da estação de trem, o Plaza é escolha bastante confiável.
