Hotel berhampiran Hater/Pilgertreff für Feinkost & Brohead, Hannoversch Munden

We were extremely surprised by how the hotel and room were comfortable . The receptionist welcomed us at 1:00 am with a big smile . The rooms were spacious , two queen beds and a cot, all what we needed as a family. The beds were comfortable and everything was immaculately clean . The bathroom again very clean . The best part was the breakfast . A wide variety of cheese , cereal and amazing pancakes. Everything in breakfast was well presented and again very clean . The waitress during the breakfast was just lovely and very reassuring since we were overwhelmed by our kids making a big mess . I give this hotel a 5 as it has all what we needed and more than we expected. As my oldest son said “ This hotel is amazing” . Parking is for a fee if 8 euros which is acceptable . Maybe during off seasons it could be for free unless it’s owned by a private company then it’s understandable. We will come again 100%

這是我第一次住自助酒店。體驗非常好。房間很乾凈，有廚房，餐具齊全且收拾得很乾凈，擺放在灶台下方的櫥門抽屜裏。油鹽都有。碗碟在上方的櫥櫃裏，夠三個人使用。洗碗的海綿和洗滌劑在水池邊上。有微波爐，有冰箱。我們買了蔬菜水果雞蛋就放冰箱，夠吃好多天，不用每天採購，也省了外出就餐的錢。衞生間很明亮乾淨，德國本來就乾爽，衞生間的毛巾浴巾晾在那兒，晚上回來就幹了。酒店位於市中心，門口交通非常方便，我們就坐公交去威廉高地公園。酒店旁邊就是超市，買些生活用品非常方便。這種酒店很合適在德國自由行的遊客。

Housekeeping For the entire duration of our stay housekeeping failed to complete the task of making our bed, as the decorative pillows were carelessly left on the floor. The bins were only emptied once, on the second day, by the receptionist. The same goes for the cups - we only had clean ones after the first day when the receptionist provided fresh ones. The two cups left on the tray were not washed on the second day, and none of the four cups were properly cleaned on the third day. They had visible rings and the tea spoons were sticky. The replenishment of tea, sugar, etc., was also done solely by the receptionist. Bar The bartender appeared more focused on lounging on the sofa, facing away from potential customers, watching movies on the large screen television with the volume turned up high, rather than being positioned behind the bar ready to assist patrons. During our initial visit, we had to signal for his attention by moving a barstool. The following night, he was once again seated on the sofa engrossed in the loud television. We decided not to attempt to get his attention and simply departed. On the third evening, there was no bar staff present, so we retrieved bottled drinks from the secured fridge near the reception area. After leaving the empty bottles on a coffee table in the lounge, we proceeded upstairs to freshen up. Upon returning 1½ hours later and then again 4 hours later, the bottles remained untouched on the table. Beware: a bottle of water is €5.50! A total rip off! They refused to give me tap water. Summary To be honest, this level of service falls below my expectations for a one or two star hotel, so it is definitely not something I would anticipate from a hotel that boasts a four star rating.

The hotel was awesome. They had a dog bed set up in the room with a water and food dish, plus a doggie bag with food and treats from Terra Canis. Our dog loved it and she is a very picky eater. We thought this was very nice for the hotel to do. Made us feel at home. The view was awesome, We were on the 11th floor and you could look out over the city. At night with the lights was also pretty cool. The food was awesome, We ate dinner in the hotel and food was So Good, I would recommend it if you stay here. Breakfast had bacon and eggs and meats, cheeses, rolls and so much more. The service was also great. We also thought the location was great because they had a nice park right next to the hotel to walk with the dog. We also got lucky with free street parking right in front of the hotel.

숙소(호텔룸)의 크기가 청결도, 직원의 친절도 등은 호텔체인답게 어디서든 동일한 환경을 지원받을 수 있었습니다 다만 역에서 조금 떨어져있고, 이동거리가 생각보다 조금 먼 느낌입니다 대부분은 모두 만족합니다

Das Hotel liegt perfekt am Bahnhof gelegen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Auch das Zimmer, was ich bekommen habe für die eine Nacht, war sehr schön im obersten Stockwerk gelegen. Allerdings ist alles etwas älter und in die Jahre gekommen. Was anscheinend nicht mehr vorhanden ist, ist ein funktionierender Reinigungsservice. Überall waren Fingerabdrücke an der Hotelzimmer Tür und das war noch abschreckender dadurch, dass die Sonne auf die Tür extrem schien. Ansonsten war ich sehr zufrieden und komme beim nächsten Besuch der Hannover Messe sicherlich gerne wieder.

Gleich neben dem FREIgeist Hotel in der Weender Landstraße befindet sich das FREIgeist HOME, das sich mit dem Hotel die Rezeption und Frühstücksräume sowie Garageparkplätze teilt. Das Apartment 3004 war geräumig, ruhig und gemütlich. Die Ausstattung war zeitgemäß, modern sowie vielfältig. In der Küchenzeile mit Abzugshaube waren Gedecke für 4 Personen, eine Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Zeranplatte und Kaffee-/Tee-Station sowie Mineralwasser. Licht/Strom mit Zimmerkarte. Das Doppelbett war bequem. Das Badezimmer war mit Handtüchern, Shampoo etc und Fön ausgestattet. Alles war gut Schall isoliert. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. In moderner Umgebung lässt es sich hier in angenehmer Atmosphäre zentral wohnen. Es gibt neben der Möglichkeit in den Apartments auch kochen zu können eine ”Quartierküche” und neben dem einladenden Aufenthaltsraum in der Lobby auch die Möglichkeit die Waschmaschine, den Trockner sowie das Bügelbrett/eisen zu nutzen (Waschmittel ist vorhanden). Für Fahrräder scheint es eine Aufbewahrung zu geben und eine geräumige Dachterrasse (hier ist wohl rauchen erlaubt). Die MitarbeiterInnen waren freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit! Man darf auch den Fitnessraum etc im Hotel nutzen. Das Frühstück erhält man im FREIgeist Hotel nebenan in den Räumlichkeiten des ”East of Italy” Restaurants. Die Auswahl am Buffet ist sehr groß und vielfältig, hier sollte jeder etwas passendes finden! Ab einem Aufenthalt von vier Nächten wird das Apartment einmal pro Woche kostenfrei gereinigt. Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist wie ein Parkhaus - kostenpflichtig. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat sehr gut gepasst!

Us: Two adults and two small kids. Great experience and stay at an authentic castle, taking us back to the middle age. The service were good and so was the cleanliness. The design of the rooms stayed true to the style of the castle, and it was a fun experience walking to the top of rapunzels tower. We had both dinner and breakfast at the hotel, both living up to the expectations in terms of quality. During dinner, we were sitting at the terrance with a wonderful view of hills and nature. Overall atmosphere is pleasant and authentic and a place to stay for couples with or without children.

Nous avions réservé une suite et une chambre et souhaitions disposer d'un lit pour bébé, devinez dans quel hébergement nous avons retrouvé le petit lit? dans la chambre double bien sûr malgré la surface énorme disponible dans la suite; cela ne s'invente pas. Nous avions réservé une nuit pour être hébergé et nourri après 500 km d'autoroute. Le préposé un accueil actif ce soir là nous a précisé que le resto était fermé et qu'il existait différentes auberges à proximité. nous nos sommes donc crapahutés vers les chambres avec les bagages, une bouteille d'eau minérale et un verre sans aucune assistance. après avoir découvert le bon bâtiment et la chambre nous sommes donc partis nous sustenter à Baunatal. Ce complexe hôtelier est en fait un campus spartiate à l'architecture néobauhaus de 2018: les chambres spartiates où le gris, le blanc et le brun dominent sont très bien équipées mais le mini-bar est absent et l'eau minérale se boira tiède. Lors de notre arrivée en hiver les chambres n'étaient pas chauffées. Notons que les bâtiments ne sont pas climatisés l'été. Nous avons compté le soir 12 voitures dans le parking gratuit. En somme l'hôtel était vide et le restaurant Kochwerk aussi, faute de clientèle suffisante ce qui n'est mentionné nulle part lors de la réservation mais bien sur la notice que vous recevez à l'accueil. Les connexion wifi et 4G sont correctes dans toutes les parties de l'énorme campus. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et le personnel en salle courtois et souriant ce qui contraste avec celui de la réception. Une mention particulière pour la machine à café qui vous concocte un expresso digne des baristas Italiens.
