This great hostel is in a great location in the old quarter alongside a busy road. The staff are really good and the check in process is simple and easy. The 6 dorm bed was clean and comfortable and we got some great nights sleeps. There is a bed light, a free locker big enough to store huge backpacks, and a curtain for each bed for privacy. The bathrooms are clean, the showers are hot and powerful, and there is shampoo and shower gel available too. You are also given a free towel at check in. Wi-Fi is great, and there are some relaxing common areas which are great for reading and planning activities etc. Laundry is available at the hostel and they can turn it around in 24 hours (cheapest) or even quicker (pay more). Overall I would absolutely recommend staying here as this hostel really is brilliant.

在舊城區一個優越位置，樓下就有吃喝玩樂的地方。曾有評論區說房間外非常嘈吵，但我的個人經驗是我的三人房間是有雙重窗戶，將街外的噪音完全隔絕。房間與網站照片一模一樣，接待處都非信熱心及幫助。 就是家具比較舊一點而已，我本人就以這個價格非常滿意。 A very good location in the old town area, there are places to eat, drink and have fun downstairs. There have been comments in the comments said that it was very noisy in the room, but my personal experience is that my 3 beds room has double windows, which completely isolates the noise from the street. The room was exactly the same as the photos on the website, and the reception was very helpful. It's just that the furniture is a little bit old, but I'm very satisfied with it at this price.

Did the walking tour and street food tour with Billy and it was fun and with a happy tummy of good local food! Billy is enthusiastic, friendly and like a local friend that show you around. Try the tour with Billy! You will definitely love the experience!

Booked the all female dorm. It was clean and has enough luggage space. The shower area is okay but limited space. The common area is good for working.

Excellent ! Chambre avec grand lit double matelas ferme avec salle de bain (douche, pas de baignoire) et balconnet. Mobilier de bois antique et minibar (pas de frigo) dans la chambre, haut plafond. Établissement hyperpropre. Petit déjeuner disponible sur demande ($) . Attention, le monsieur à la réception parle vietnamien seulement. Ayez votre traducteur en main et tout ira bien. Il est très gentil.

We had a very good stay here! - Very helpful staff too! (Duy was excellent both times we stayed!) The private room we had both times we stayed was more hotel like and still a very reasonable price. The room was Very comfortable and well equipped with fridge, tv and nice bathroom. Great location in the Old Quarter too! Both times we stayed, we had to leave early and Duy was very helpful getting us on the WiFi and helping with our bags and liaising with the representative from the bus when we had to leave. Duy also went beyond the call of duty and carried our bags upstairs for us and recommended good places to go nearby. We liked it so much we came back 1 week later before our flight out!

This was great value for the money. For $25+ we got a small but nice room with a comfortable bed AND comfortable pillows, breakfast (two eggs, toast, fruit and coffee) and a complimentary ride to the airport. Their slogan of ”Convenient & Friendly” is no hype. The staff are all exceptionally courteous and friendly. The only potential downside is there is only a ”hot pot” restaurant around the corner if you want dinner but, again, we got a bargain: french fries, steamed spinach, a bottle of water and a bottle of beer for only $5+. If you're watching your pennies (or even if you're not) this is a great spot for a late-night arrival in Hanoi or if you've got an early morning flight out.

I absolutely loved my SleepPod! It was larger than other capsules I've been in, and there were a ton of amenities, including a router, television, and snack desk. Also, based on the pod's location, it was very quiet. I would return without hesitating. I traveled in December 2016.
