Ulasan Lotusama Hanoi Hotel

Location is great, staffs are helpful, the bad thing is very noisy from the street the whole night and couldn't sleep well.

房間還行，很安靜。酒店員工特別熱心！特別是Kenny，我和我朋友後面因為換的現金不夠多然後又找不到兑換現金的地方很麻煩，Kenny很熱心地幫了我們（當然不建議大家這樣麻煩人家😄），而且Kenny和Racel是我們在越南遇到的為數不多會中文的人了，溝通很方便，他們英語也很好。然後門口幫忙拎行李的小哥也很好，十分耐心地幫我們調整空調。我覺得是一個服務非常周到的酒店，性價比很高，很推薦。

飯店古色古香，地理位置位於老城區，逛街購物吃東西都相當方便，客服人員笑容可掬，熱心地非常協助我們處理許多事務，也會時常關心詢問住宿狀況，是值得再度光顧的飯店喔！！！！！

房間狹長，空間整體比較小，家庭房裡連把椅子都沒有，但是衞生間大小還可以。 酒店的工作人員比較熱情，對於出行、就餐、交通等給了很多建議，前台的妹妹還提醒我們外出要小心手機以及背包。 臨街的房型比較容易受街道上的摩託車轟鳴的影響，睡眠質量不太好的建議定不臨街的高層點的房間。 早餐的pho很好吃。

是間小巧的酒店，服務生温柔有禮貌，我們家庭房房間雖有些小但住起來很舒適，陽台窗外的風景也不錯。早餐味道贊！酒店位置好，去哪裡都都不遠，大膽沖.

服務員很熱誠，主動問我是否第一次到越南，介紹我們附近的食肆和景點，提供酒店地圖。本來要14:00才能check in ，但他好好給我 12:30左右可以check in。 唯一是酒店硬件要改善，比如如冷熱水一開始出水會好熱，要慢慢調教。而且只有傳統2腳插頭，沒有新式的usb 充電裝置等。而且酒店身在路邊，會比較吵 。 整體十分欣賞服務員的熱誠

因為在中心地區，所以臨街房間比較吵，總體還是不錯的，但感覺性價比要差點。服務很好，幫忙定 餐廳，房間收拾出來讓提前入佳。和旁邊酒店緊緊相貼，感覺不太安全。

Lotusama was a very comfortable stay in the old quarter area of Hanoi. We booked the junior suite and had a lovely balcony view of the city. The staff was very warm and courteous, a special mention to Kenny who gave us excellent recommendations and suggestions to explore the city.

Me & my family were given a suggestion to stay in this hotel due to the hotel we booked had some issues and forced to cancel and needed to rebook to another hotel for our stay in Hanoi.when we tried to search this hotel in Agoda ,we can't find this hotel but due to urgent issue we have no choice and have to accept this offer.hotel location is in the heart of old quarter.when we arrived in the late evening,the hotel entrance is close and no light in the lobby ,this make us feel not comfortable.but after we knock few time ,a young man came and open the door and quickly arrange the room for our stay.hotel look old but everything inside the room looks new .room size was small but bed is comfortable.hotel staff was friendly and helpful,hotel manager was humorous also. Overall we have a wonderful stay in LOTUSAMA hanoi.thank you .

Lotusama Hotel has been the perfect base for my 2 week visit to N. Vietnam. Perfectly located for exploring Hanoi's Old Quarter, with lovely clean, comfortable rooms and a very nice fresh breakfast. The staff did everything possible to help me get the most from my trip, organising a SIM card, facilitating my changing dates and absences when I had overnight excursions elsewhere (even making me a breakfast box when I had a very early pickup). Everyone at Lotusama is so kind and friendly I was sad to say goodbye.

Central location to restaurants..shops and very happening Mid Autumn preparations week. There is even a South Indian restaurant a few doors away Hotel room is conducive and small but we got an upgrade on her 2nd and 3rd night. Had 3 nights here..easy access to our tour destinations out of Hanoi. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly. Rachel (an intern) was very happy to communicate with us in English. Kenny assisted us with our SMART TV and amenities. Thank you to Catherine Travel Sense Asia for getting our reservations done
