Hanoi Calido Premier Hotel

Kelebihan: 1) Kakitangan boleh berkomunikasi dengan baik dalam bahasa Inggeris dan mereka membantu. 5 bintang untuk perkhidmatan mereka 2) Berjalan kaki ke Jalan Keretapi 3) Beberapa restoran Michelin agak dekat dari hotel 4) Pemindahan lapangan terbang, perjalanan sehari disediakan 5) Senarai makanan/tempat yang menarik telah diberikan semasa daftar masuk Keburukan: 1) Tiada peralatan mandian disediakan pada malam pertama 2) Bilik dan cadar berdebu pada malam pertama tetapi pembersih bilik tidak menukarnya pada hari ke-2 juga sehingga saya memintanya 3) Tekanan air sangat perlahan 4) Bising seperti berhampiran pasar pagi 5) Bunyi aircond kuat pada waktu malam Berkecuali 1) Sarapan ringkas selepas pesanan

It is really beyond my expectations I think is a nice boutique hotel clean n spacious but need more hanging hook for shower area that will be helpful for those who want to have a long stay ! Their services staff is very good …keep it up I will go back again again if is a short stay 😜

Very close to Train Street around 2-3 mins walk with plenty of cafes and restaurants(a few Halal, and Michelin restaurants) close nearby. Walk around 10-15 mins to Hanoi Train station for express bus terminal to Hanoi Airport. Deluxe room was spacious and clean, comfortable for whole stay. Toilet and showers are separated. Many plugs in the room. Wifi was fast but can be quite unstable at times, maybe due to bad weather and full house. The lobby was huge and pretty. Staffs were helpful but can be more friendly. They also sell land packages to Ha Long bay, Sa Pa as well some local activities, feel free to ask and negotiate with the check-in staffs. Minus points would be the breakfast was so basic and I ended up eating brunch at nearby cafe instead. During my stay Hanoi experienced huge rainfall for 3-4 days already due to Typhoon No. 19, hence the wifi conditions were a bit unstable but still worked fast that I can browse YouTube and video as usual. Luckily I booked the Deluxe room as it was big and good for guests that mostly stay in room due can't do anything out there with rain heavily. They provided a fan too, used this to dry my wet shoes and clothes. Overall a very nice and comfortable stay nearby train street. Recommeded!

What i enjoy the most staying in this hotel was the accessibility. It was less than 5 min walk to railway cafes and about 15 min slow walk to the weekend night market. It was also a short 15 min drive to Hanoi Train Station. Surprisingly, it was not noisy given the distance to the railway track Room with balcony was spacious.Big enough for 2 pax with 2 big luggages. Read through past review and I agree that the room was dusty and there was an odour. I came prepared with fabreeze spray so it helps. The room day curtain need to be washed or replaced. Although we are on the 5th floor, the water pressure in the shower was strong. Bfast is just basic. We decided to just proceed and have our breakfast outside for our entire stay. .

We traveled around Hanoi and Sapa for 2 weeks and stayed at 5 hotels. Unfortunately, this was the one with the poorest service. The hotel felt overly strict. Even though our room was ready, they insisted that check-in could not be before 14:00 unless we paid an extra fee. We were also required to sign an agreement stating that we would be responsible for any damaged or missing items. Being asked to sign this kind of agreement itself left a very bad impression. I have never had to sign such an agreement at any hotel in my life. In contrast, the other 4 hotels made us feel genuinely welcomed, cared for, and were always helpful. The room design was nice, but the toilet often needed to be flushed 2–3 times, the shower leaked badly, and there was a strong drain smell in the bathroom. Breakfast was very basic. Overall, for this price, there are many better hotels to choose from in Hanoi.

Love the overall vibe! Very homey. Wish there was more delicious breakfast though and the beds were sturdier!

This was a strange experience. Do NOT book this hotel if you require a place with strong wifi connection. The wifi cuts out quite regularly and is borderline unusable. The room is fine as long as all you require is a bed to sleep in, I will say the bed was VERY comfortable compared to other hotels I’ve stayed in. The shower head was leaky (eh didn’t really bother me) but trying to find which direction to turn the tap to find the hot water was like trying to tune an old radio 🥴. The free breakfast in the morning was like being cooked a home cooked meal by your aunt and uncle (a little uncomfortable but free food is free food), just don’t go popping the free candy in your mouth without checking it first as ants seem to get everywhere here (but that’s just my personal experience). The staff are polite. The location is good but keep in mind that you are VERY close to the Train Street and the trains are VERY loud and you can hear them from the hotel 🥲. Do you want to sacrifice quality sleep for a prime location? Thats up to you. Overall was a pretty meh hotel 6/10 experience 🤷♀️
