Clean and central. Near to Train station and many shops around. The staffs are very helpful and everything went smoothly. Definitely, recommend for the stay!!

When I first arrived, the lobby threw me off a bit. It looks a bit old fashioned/traditional. The room itself was lovely though. Very stylish, a decent size and clean. Had everything I needed inside. I never bothered with the breakfast but the staff at the front desk were all very friendly. The hotel is well situated in the old quarters. Down an alley which makes it a little quieter.

We were greeted warmly by the receptionist upon our arrival. They even give us a list of places to go to. The rooms were clean and neat. We got rooms with no windows but it was ok for us because we spent more time exploring the old quarter. The location is perfect. It's near most of the places we want to go to.

Hotel Calido is situated in beautiful little street in Hanoi’s Old Quarter. You can walk to tourist attractions such as St. Joseph’s Cathedral and a myriad of lovely restaurants and coffee shops very quickly. We were also collected for a day-trip to Halong Bay on our final day there! The young staff at reception are courteous, welcoming and helpful. They literally did everything they could to help us. The only thing that could be slightly improved is the breakfast. We stayed in five different hotels in Vietnam, and all of the other breakfasts were more generous and with more variety. Another couple of tables squeezed into the dining area or the outside veranda would also making sitting down to eat a little easier. Other than that, we were very happy.
