Bedsheets were noticeably dirty but the rest of rooms were okay ! Toilet was clean, living room clean and washer/dryer easy to operate! Two air cons in a really spacious apartment and lots of kitchen amenities were a bonus ! I had no issues getting grab to the airport at dawn or takeout late evenings despite the place being 20 mins away from Old quarter! No service - only communicated with staff once during check in

Okay. Location good to get grab even at peak hour. Room is clean. Cleanliness of the items including pots can be improved.

A great option for the money. Unfortunately, the location is not great, but considering grab prices, it’s easy to get around. Not a bad option

The room was clean and the location was very convenient. I loved the large floor-to-ceiling windows, and it was surprisingly quiet with no traffic jams downstairs, which is a big plus. Right below the hotel, there's a small Chinese supermarket, and within walking distance, you can find both Japanese and local restaurants.

The room is amazing. It is about 20 mins away from the city so it is quite and I love it. The owner is very nice. Every two days we have a house cleaning so the room never gets dirty. Downstairs have 24 hrs mini mart so it is super convenient. Street food and Japanese restaurants are within 10mins walk from the hotel. There is a bus stop that is right in front of the hotel which takes you to and from the Old Quarter. Super convenient! Will come back again and really encourage travelers to stay at this place, if you are looking for quiet stays in Hanoi.

The apartment was clean, spacious and had a homely feel to it. The only issue was the construction happening on the 7th floor which was disturbing.

“I had a truly relaxing stay here. The location is excellent, conveniently close to the city center yet peaceful, with several local restaurants nearby. The service was warm and attentive, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. It was a wonderful experience overall, and I would definitely choose to stay here again. 💗🎀

I like the Japanese toilet so I booked 2 more nights to stay but other bigger room, but they still give me the same room so I can’t give more review but anw the room is big and comfortable, the security uncle is very friendly, living room is big, clean.

The sheets and mattress didn't seem to have been changed. I saw stains and asked the hotel to change them for the next day. However, when I returned to the room between 2-3 PM, I found it exactly as I had left it, still not cleaned.
