Ulasan Rey Hotel Hanoi

Saya baru-baru ini menginap di Rey Hotel Hanoi dan ingin mengucapkan terima kasih atas pengalaman yang indah. Hotel ini rapi, dan perkhidmatannya luar biasa. Saya terutamanya ingin memuji Cik Hoai Linh atas layanan yang luar biasa. Dia berusaha keras untuk memastikan keselesaan saya, menawarkan cadangan dan bantuan yang diperibadikan dengan senyuman yang hangat. Dedikasinya benar-benar menjadikan penginapan saya tidak dapat dilupakan. Terima kasih kerana mencipta suasana yang mesra dan mempunyai pasukan yang begitu berbakat. Saya tidak sabar untuk kembali dan dengan senang hati akan mengesyorkan hotel anda kepada orang lain.

very modern and elegant boutique hotel super comfortable and very good services great location can walk to old quarter will come back again if we go to Hanoi

Breakfast was great. We had our 2nights dinner at rey hotel Crystal jade Cantonese cuisine. Very good food. Should try if you stay there.

I had a wonderful stay at Rey Hotel Hanoi! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and modern, and the hotel’s location in the Old Quarter made it easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. One thing to note: there’s an extra charge of VND 500,000 for a third person in the room. Overall, a great experience, and I’d definitely stay here again!

Hotel is amazing, spacious room, luxurious stuff and really comfortable bed 

Feeling welcomed by the Rey Hotel crew, they serve the best all the time! Superior room being upgraded to Deluxe room type at no charge. Hesitate no more, book it whenever you are having a trip in Hanoi 💖 p/s: frontdesk served us well and his name is in the picture!

Consider as a new hotel with new crisp amenities. Eventhough it’s not in the center of old quarter, but it makes a good location to rest.

Overall is good. However, I asked for late checkout, at first they comply with the request. However, the actual check out day, they called at usual check out time.

The room is clean and spacious. Location not precisely perfect but is still acceptable. Nothing much around the hotel though.
