Boutique hotel. The hotel staff, from the receptionists, to the cleaners and kitchen staff, are polite and professional. The room is fully equipped. At breakfast, there is a choice between local and Western food. The beef soup, Hanoi's most iconic, was excellent.

Everything was great, and the location was superb. The pink soup wasn't authentic enough, but otherwise, everything else was good.

The buffet breakfast is delicious, and it's clear why it's so highly rated.

The hidden small window didn't allow for good ventilation.

It's nice overall and fairly central and 5 minutes away from the traffic, just a little bit smell of the bathroom need to double check how to be cover

New, clean hotel. Great value for the price. Good location. In older hotels in Hanoi, it is typical to find mold, which is why I chose this new hotel. I really enjoyed my stay.

Clean and near market food

Rooms have windows, but they don't. Rooms with windows may have exterior windows, skylights, or corridor windows; be sure to ask which type you prefer. Some rooms have ants. Located in the old town tourist area, vehicle access is difficult. However, the surrounding area is suitable for strolling.
