Ulasan Grand Cititel Hanoi Hotel & Spa

A small but lovely hotel where my mom and I stayed for our 3-day trip in Hanoi. It's about an 8-minute walk from Hoan Kiem Lake. The front desk staff spoke excellent English and promptly resolved any minor issues we had. The breakfast was great, especially for those who enjoy Western options – they had everything you'd expect, like crispy bacon, sausages, baked beans, and cereal.

I have been staying at this hotel for years. I must say that something has changed. So has the staff. Suddenly the renovated rooms are smaller for an adult couple and are very small. The bathroom and toilet are incorrectly designed and with a lot of incorrect savings and without practical logic. Too bad! The breakfast is still excellent with pleasant and friendly service. The reception is nice but was much friendlier and tried less to sell you tour packages. This time the attempts were desperate. Will I return to the hotel soon? I don't really want to. At these prices I find more comfortable rooms in the area and friendly and good service.

The service was incredibly warm and attentive, and the facilities were well-equipped. For this location and price, finding a hotel like this is already an excellent value for money.

The shower head was dirty, but after I informed the front desk, it was noticeably improved immediately.

Bed was comfortable but the facilities need a little up-keeping. Location wise it’s a short walk to old quarter and also near enough to bus stops to travel further if you’d like. The sink and toilet drainage was slow and the shower water leaked into the bedroom but the staff said they’ll look into it when I gave feedback. There was also a nail sticking out of the bedframe luckily I didn’t injure myself

Friendly and attentive service, well-maintained rooms, and convenient location. However, the hotel is situated in a narrow alley, which might be inconvenient when carrying luggage. It is located nearby some tourist attractions

I am delighted to say that this was the best hotel of my trip. The room was spacious, clean, modern, and very comfortable. During the Tet festival, the hotel receptionist went above and beyond by helping to arrange food delivery. The staff spoke English very well and were quick to assist with any issues or requests. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Price is good compare to other options in old town Room is big, clean but the concept in the room is not convenience to me Breakfast has few choice only But the plus point is a wooden floor, make room feel cleaner and no smell dusty

This hotel near in Hanoi street town very easy to go walking around town, hotel have very strong hospitality and customer service experience how to explain to guest where to recommend near by place to the guest, specially thanks to Ms Stella Front Desk Supervisor, Mr CS Tinh Front Desk staff, Mr Alex GSM from Front Desk, all the front desk staff very helpful and speak English very well and friendly. Highly recommendation to solo travellers. Personality talk to Front Office Manager and surprise he can speak Chinese very well ❤️🇻🇳

Nice and cosy

I initially booked 1 week at the hotel and then extended my stay there for another week. The purpose of my trip was buisness related and so the hotel served well. The staff were really polite and helpful. The reception staff were always warm and welcoming, the house keeping worked well with cleaning the room while I was out and around my schedule and the kitchen staff at breakfast were really lovely, especially Phomg, I hope I've spelled that correctly. Every morning, he would greet me with a warm welcome and assist me with finding a lovely seat at breakfast. He quite quickly learned my orders and would always have my coffer waiting at my table and order my omelette for me, which was really sweet. The service there was great. The location is just a short walk, maybe 13 mins to Old Quarters. One thing I'd say needs an update is the gym. I'd suggest getting some new gym mats ( a material that can easily be cleaned after use) and just an update with the equipment. Other than that, it was great to be there

It is a very good hotel in Hanoi. Whenever I come to Hanoi, I choose to stay here every time. It is excellent.
