Ulasan Hanoi Hotel Royal

Greeted by the hotel staff with a drink. Room was fancy but not much space to store luggage. Cleanliness is rather ok, just there were some stains on the bedsheets and the shelves is abit dusty. Not many options of food for breakfast, fried rice, fried noodle, but good that they have options to choose from eg pho, scrambled eggs, porridge, ham etc. Location was great, its near the centre of the main attractions streets in Hanoi like egg coffee, Bahn mi 25, pho 10, beer street etc.

First, Ctrip didn't confirm the booking (the confirmation mechanism of subcontracting everywhere has major flaws). When I checked in at 8 pm, I was forced to accept a terrible room instead... There were a bunch of ants on the bed and bedside table, the space was cramped and a family of four was squeezed in, the facilities were old and there were disgusting towels on the bathroom floor. There were only two sets of toiletries in the room. It was not a four-person room. They used a room with two beds to make up the difference. It was just uncomfortable. I was forced to accept such poor follow-up measures. It was a terrible experience!

Overall, the experience is average and the price-performance ratio is worse than hotels in China. The configuration is relatively average, but the price is not high. Generally speaking, there are not many requirements in this regard. However, the shampoo, soap and disposable slippers here will not be replenished proactively. You need to ask the service staff for them, which is not a good experience. Although the hotel's breakfast is not rich in variety, it tastes okay. Please note that eggs for breakfast need to be requested from the service staff, rather than being provided for everyone. The hotel's location is good, located in the old town. All nearby attractions for food and drink can be reached on foot. But if I come again next time, I might consider changing to a hotel.

The front desk was very responsive, and it was a very good hotel, conveniently located near the old town. Even Japanese people could stay there with peace of mind. The room I stayed in was a premium room on the 6th floor, and although it was smaller than I expected, I had no problems and was comfortable. In conclusion, I wasn't very satisfied. There were many complaints, especially the breakfast. The cost performance is also bad and I don't think there will be a next time.

The hotel location was very good and they were very friendly. If I had to point out a downside, it was an old building, but it was very clean and maintained and the breakfast was good!

The facilities are a bit long and the location is not very good, but the room is quite large, the hygiene is decent, and the price is affordable

The beer street is very close. I stayed on the 6th floor, but the elevator only goes up to the 5th floor, which was a bit inconvenient.

I stayed at this hotel at the beginning of my trip and returned. Nice hotel, staff, service, location. I left a more detailed review on onetwotrip. The administrator ordered a taxi to the airport, the cost is fixed, payment is immediate. There are motorbike rentals and bus tickets to another city. Yes, the hotel is a little outdated, but I was happy with everything.

Warm and thoughtful service, very close to surrounding attractions, suitable for families and children, great 👍
