Ulasan Halais Hotel

Good location. Friendly staff. Highland coffee on G/F (noisy during the day but quiet after 2300). Yummy local grilled fish restaurant was just opposite to the hotel too. The bad thing is that my room was facing other building’s side wall, it’s so dark and no city view 😵💫😤 it’s like no window at all… other than that, no complain

I stayed one night in this hotel at Ho Noi in June. I was staying at the 1st floor room, worrying if it would be noisy situating just at the junction road. Things turned out the be very nice and it was all serenity that I had a very good sleep. I specially love the wood elements in this hotel which I feel really comfy and warm on a rainy night.

Book 4 rooms, good enough for short stay in Hanoi - location is good, acceptable breakfast and nice staff.

The hotel in a perfect location, though not very close to old quarter, but surrounded by good local food and a big park. Room is spacious with big window. Staff are attentive and friendly. Highly recommended.

Great location for street food

The hotel in good location, clean and decent size. Staff all very friendly and helpful. The aircon is just right above the bed, so a bit easy to catch a cold though. Other than that, overall is very good.

沖涼房角落位置都蠻乾淨，整體比較整潔。但是我兩個男人入住，居然發現沖涼房垃圾桶裏有女性用過的衞生巾。沖涼房有兩個牙刷，居然一個是用過的，牙膏也是用過的，就直接重新放回牙刷的盒子裏麪。

房間很乾凈，每天都有清潔，服務態度很好，還給我升級房型，早餐也很不錯，適合多國的人用餐習慣，下次去河內還會入住

酒店位置好，有點老舊但房間乾淨，特別提一下早餐很棒，品種很豐富，在酒店頂樓，邊欣賞風景邊吃早餐感覺很好！

這家酒店在劍湖邊，對於河內旅遊很方便，並且大氣，價格便易，特別前台可中，英，越翻譯，中國旅客很易溝通，很負責任代聯繫出租車，到各地方乘車點和當地旅遊團。

續住第三天，房間打掃很乾凈，服務人員打掃房間速度很快，雖然續住，但是每天都會更換床單被套，房間冰箱飲料很多種，比較方便。

性價比極高，房內設施完善，住的很舒服。地理位置優越，樓下就是河內有名的連鎖咖啡店，周邊小店也很多，前台服務態度很好，英語和中文交流都很順暢，退房後幫我們叫了車送到機場，價格優惠，推薦！總的來説性價比真的很不錯
