Convenient location and attentive service. So, after my trip to Ha Long Bay, I decided to stay here again. The double room wasn't available, so I stayed in an executive suite – it was incredibly spacious and grand.

Before my trip to Vietnam, booking a hotel was my biggest headache. After searching for days, I decided to give this one a try. I never look at the good reviews, only the bad ones! When I arrived in Hanoi (I took the international train from Nanning), I used the Vietnamese ride-hailing app Grab. Just a note, the hotel is not 1.5 km from the train station; it's actually 6 km. This app is incredibly user-friendly and doesn't overcharge. You can even pay in RMB via Alipay. I arrived in Hanoi at 6:30 AM and took a Grab to the hotel. International hotels usually have a 2 PM check-in, but since I arrived so early, I re-booked my stay to include the hours from 6 AM to 12 PM, which was charged at 100%. They kindly offered complimentary breakfast for two. After breakfast, I rested for a bit and then checked out at 12 PM. I waited about 30 minutes for my room to be ready. There's no Chinese service at the front desk, so I used Google Translate. The male and female receptionists were incredibly friendly and attentive. They didn't ask for a deposit or my passport and even escorted me up to my room. It was much better than I expected! The room had three glass walls and a balcony. Although the hotel is a bit old, it still retains its charm. I have pictures of the room. The hotel is conveniently located, just 1 to 2 km from various attractions, a 20-minute walk away. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but the staff was very welcoming. Fried eggs and Vietnamese pho were enough for me, and there was also meat, fruit, and good quality milk (though the coffee wasn't freshly ground and there weren't many vegetables). On a side note, booking a car through Ctrip was very reasonably priced. I paid 55 RMB for a 30 km ride to the airport. I booked a 4-seater, but they upgraded me to a 7-seater at no extra charge.

Good value for money. Schludny hotel. Pelne wyposażenie. Duzy pokoj i lazienka , ogromne wygodne łóżko.Niedaleko park i jeziorko. Restauracja na ostatnim piętrze fajny widok. Śniadania dość ubogie ale da się coś wybrać. Minus okno na ścianę

This hotel is located right in the city center, with a chain coffee shop downstairs. It's super close to Train Street and Hoan Kiem Lake, both within walking distance. Breakfast on the 8th floor offers fantastic views. I'll definitely be staying here again.

We had. a very nice stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and was able to speak very good English.  The rooms are a bit old and worn but still very comfortable.  The breakfast was very good. Thank you for the great stay.

The room was big and the bed very confortable. The breakfast buffet, was quite simple.

I booked a junior suite but was upgraded to a huge two room executive suite with rather high ceilings. Amazing. Great hotel in convenient location. Very friendly and polite staff. Definitely recommended. The design reminds me of older grand hotels - pretty charming. Interior and furniture not exactly brand new but in pretty good condition. Very clean. Big and wide windows. The executive suite had TVs, a computer, a printer, a whirlpool, shower, living room seats and table, a very comfy bed, fridge, instant coffee and tea bags as well as an electric kettle. Fresh fruits very served on the living room table after every clean up. I often struggle with hotels that spray weird strong scents in the lobby, rooms and hallways. This hotel did not do that 👍 No bad smells - nothing to cover up - no scents. I like that. There is a pretty good and modern coffee bar on the ground floor (part of the lobby) and a restaurant on the roof top. The roof top restaurant is also where breakfast is served. One can sit inside or outside on the massive terrace with a stunning view. I was very satisfied with the breakfast buffet. It is not huge but they have a very friendly team - they offer good mix of continental breakfast (buns, toast, butter, jam, cheese, meat) and English breakfast (sausages, bacon, egg) and warm viet food (fried rice, fried noodles, pan fried veggies) and Vietnamese food (banh cuon, pickled veggies, nuoc mam, various meats). I am usually pretty picky but there is nothing to complain about when it comes to this hotel. Would come here again for sure.

Good location. Friendly staff. Highland coffee on G/F (noisy during the day but quiet after 2300). Yummy local grilled fish restaurant was just opposite to the hotel too. The bad thing is that my room was facing other building’s side wall, it’s so dark and no city view 😵💫😤 it’s like no window at all… other than that, no complain

I stayed one night in this hotel at Ho Noi in June. I was staying at the 1st floor room, worrying if it would be noisy situating just at the junction road. Things turned out the be very nice and it was all serenity that I had a very good sleep. I specially love the wood elements in this hotel which I feel really comfy and warm on a rainy night.
