The staff are pleasant and helpful. The receptionist came out to the entrance to help me with my luggage and warmly greeted me. Was checked in promptly and shown to my room. The breakfast was just about adequate. The bath was flooding every time I took a shower. I told the staff( housekeeping and reception)about it, and they kept assuring me a plumber would sort it out...it wasn't resolved all 3 days I was there. There was a drain hole in the floor so the excess water drained away.....the floor was wet and slippery for a long time which could have led to slips and falls......Wish the management could take action and resolve this.

I booked this hotel for 2 nights, but on the first night, the hotel informed me that it was fully booked. As a result, I had to stay at another hotel, even though my booking was already confirmed.

You can't expect too much from a house at this price. The only downside is the noise of motorcycles outside in the morning, which is typical of Vietnam. Breakfast options are limited, but the pho is quite good.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable; the beds were soft and comfortable, and the bathroom facilities were well-maintained with reliable hot water and good pressure. The breakfast was plentiful, offering a wide selection of both Vietnamese and Western options, all fresh and delicious, ensuring a pleasant start to each morning. The hotel's location is excellent, situated in the city center, a 30-minute walk from the airport, and within walking distance of many restaurants and cafes, making it very convenient. The staff were friendly and responsive, making me feel right at home. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended for both short trips and business travel. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip.

Cheap and great value for money! The same quality hotels around Hoan Kiem would cost almost twice as much. The only thing that bothered me was the sewage smell coming from the shower room.

Hanoi was already a bit hot in March. I don't understand why the front desk always turned off the cooling mode of the air conditioner and automatically switched it to heating mode for me, causing me to wake up in the middle of the night due to the heat. The breakfast was relatively simple.

I came to live in Vietnam temporarily. I chose this place simply because it is close to the Taiwan Office in Vietnam. Because my family came to live there first, the photos I took were all of them as if they had lived there. The overall accommodation environment is very clean. Overall, there were no problems with the facilities during my stay. The water temperature control in the shower was very easy to use. Then maybe because it’s the Chinese New Year, the front desk is taken care of by the boss. Although he can’t communicate in Chinese or English, he is very enthusiastic and will take the initiative to care about the tenants’ situation. For example, when we went out to look for food, all the nearby stores were closed, so we had to go back to our room to order takeout. When the boss found out, he came to knock on the door and gave us food, so that the children would not go hungry.
