The service is perfect, however the room has a little bit problem. First of all, the place for shower is not separated, and the door is quite well designed that makes the room noisy at night.

t is a very right choice to stay in this hotel in Hanoi. The environment here is very quiet and the transportation is convenient. The room is clean and comfortable. Especially the housekeeper at the front desk,named Cao Nga,she was very warm and thoughtful. She patiently dealt with the problems I faced and helped solve them. It was really great!

Every time I travel to Hanoi I stay at this hotel only, the staff is perfect and smiling. Good food but the breakfast menu is not that big ok. Amusing room service, They clean the room multiple times if you in and out of the room...even when u go for breakfast and back the room will be cleaned.

They were very helpful, their service was good. Loved their pancakes and how they took care of me and my friends. 10/10 in my eyes. The only thing problem was their plumbing system, pool of water when showering and toilet gets blocked now and then

Great cozy hotel. Responsive staff. Any requests are solved with a smile, quickly and efficiently. Service at the reception is excellent. Breakfast in the restaurant will satisfy any taste. Big thanks to all the staff of the restaurant! The fitness center has good modern equipment. To summarize - a great place to stay! Special heartfelt thanks to Ms. Cao Nga, Ms. Giang, Mr. Nguen Anh Duy! I will be glad to stay here again!
