Bus stop 86 ( airport bus) right behind hotel . Evening receptionist was able to direct me easily but not morning receptionist which took me a lot of time this morning walking around the town trying to find bus stop. Really great rooftop! Incredible view. Excellent for sunset. To enjoy breakfast properly you need to arrive early. It closes at 09:30. If you arrive at 09:15 - it gets difficult. Bed very comfortable. A one time complimentary use of the sauna would be nice seeing as this property has no pool or gym.

The hotel stay is definitely a 10 star. The moment you enter the hotel, it already smell nice and comforting. The room was very comfortable and the staffs were really friendly and professional. Special mention to Moon and Heidi for their welcoming smile every morning to the attentive assistance throughout my stay with the hotel. When they got to know that I had food poisoning, they showed their concern and was very attentive to my needs (i.e., warming up my bowl of porridge, offering warm water) and even checking in on me. Highly recommend everyone to stay here. The location is also very convenient as there are delicious food nearby and close to Hoan Kiem lake.

The location is in the heart of the city. Everything is in short walking distance. Upon check in, u will bw greeted by the staff (English speaking) with a welcome drink. The lobby smells nice and cooling and the check in is done smoothly. All the hotel details are well explained and service-boy assist to bring up the luggage to the room. The room is decent size for a couple and all things inside are well equipped. What i like most is the international charging wall where u do not need to worry on bringing a international plug. Water bottles are provided when request. There is proper safe. Importantly, the staff is forever friendly and always greeting each customer. Breakfast is good and well prepared.

Great location! There are many restaurants and shops around the hotel. The shopping street is just 5-10 mins walk away. Not forgetting that the staffs are super helpful. They provide lots of information that we tourist need the most! :D

Very near to old quarters and the staff are all very friendly. Nice breakfast too! Will come back again if I visit hanoi!

Lovely boutique hotel with vibrant decor and artistic designs at lobby. Room size a bit tight but still decent and fully equipped. Staff were all friendly and quick to respond to fix safe without batteries. Breakfast although variety not wide but still relatively good with an awesome view on the 2nd highest floor. The roof top bar is awesome too, great for chilling out at night looking at the colorfully lit skyline. Location is convenient to easily access the Old Quarter streets and shops. But hotel’s spa and massage too pricey, rather opt for one of the many massage shops nearby.

Front desk staff provides excellent service and support. They gave good recommendations for good transitional Vietnamese food. Enjoyed nearby MET and Mias restaurants. The room is clean and the beddings are comfortable. Very near to the lake. It is in the heart of Old Quarter.

Nice place, helpful and friendly staff, and clean room. It is near many places to go sightseeing. However the drain of the shower isn't very good, so it gets slightly flooded in the shower area when showering. Nice restaurant and bar above as well.

The hotel is located right to where all the must visits places in Old Quarters are. Though we only booked to stay for a night before our adventure in Hanoi starts but Joy and Nana were so helpful and constantly checking on our wellbeing. We were celebrating our anniversary during this trip and they prepared something special for us when we arrived! The room is clean when we arrived, there were plenty of space as we had 2 luggages, a carry-on bag snd 2 backpacks. It's just by one of the busy street but I would say the noises wasn't much of a big deal as we could barely hear any and most of the time we are out till midnight! Tried their massages too, IT WAS HEAVEN! They offer a 50% off for every one hour massages so it was so worth it! Their bar at the rooftop has a perfect view at night and you can also see some parts of the lake during the day. They also allowed us to leave our luggages with them though we had checked out the day before leaving for our cruise trip and came back while waiting for the midnight bus leaving town to Sapa. Once again, special shoutout to Joy and Nana (also the rest of the team members) for such amazing hospitality. We would definitely come back and stay longer next time!

Celebrated my wife's birthday here at the hotel and they made it extra special by surprising her with a decorated room complete with complementary cake slices. The staff were kind and very helpful especially Justin and Maria who gave us a warm welcome and showed us places we should visit (even helping us pin them in google maps!). The location is perfect with great food choices all around and is just a few blocks away from Hoan Kiem Lake. Highly recommended place to stay!

Stayed here with 3 other friends and we had a lovely time. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Amazing location and a lovely spot to sit outside in the ground floor to watch the busy streets.
