Checked in on my birthday and they gave me a birthday cake! What a lovely surprise! All staffs are so nice and warm. They helped us with great suggestions to spend our days, recommendations of halal restaurants and others. Rooms are spacious, clean and bright. Highly recommended.

Great stay at his quaint and classy hotel in the heart of Old Town Hanoi. Linda and all the staff went to great lengths to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Breakfast was excellent and our room reminds me of staying in a classic Paris Hotel. The staff will also help you navigate and plan your day through this his historic district it’s very hectic but also a lot of fun.

Nice cozy hotel right at the centre of old quarter. Amenities ok but we stay on the 8th floor, water pressure weak and hair dryer is slow.. overall staff very attentive and friendly. There's even call to the room when driver arrived. Comfortable stay.
