Although the room was not well equipped with furniture, complimentary breakfast was delicious and staff was friendly and helpful.

Spacious and clean hotel room located in the heart of old Quarter.

We had a fantastic stay in the Kingly Hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with excellent bathroom and shower. The staff were super friendly and helpful, helping us to organise our tour to Ha Long Bay and looking after our bags while we were away. It is a short walk to the markets and the Lake making it a perfect location, with great local places to eat near by.

Value for money. Good location as it is located at the fringe of old quarter. Not too noisy.

The shower head is too dirty, no matter whether it is big or small, it is full of dirt. I dare not use it at all. The sink must be blocked. The smell is too bad. The sewer has a serious odor.

The hotel is very well located! The hosts were very friendly, always smiling and attentive. The only downside was that the shower head didn't seem very clean and the shower wasn't very watertight despite the glass screen. I recommend this hotel!

The staff member who helped me find my lost access card was very helpful.

Interesting hotel in the old town. Stayed for one night. Don't expect any special luxury. Just a hotel on a very busy street. Allowed us to immerse ourselves in the real life of the Vietnamese. The room is huge and clean. Breakfast was included in the price. Tasty, although not a huge selection, but there was everything you need: soup, scrambled eggs, fruits, vegetables, coffee, bread. Interesting elevator, which stops between floors. Walking to the street with a train about 20 minutes at a leisurely pace with a child. Photo from there.

The hotel is clean, the service is very good, near tourist attractions in Hanoi, there are many places to eat around the hotel, the staff are lovely and provide very good service.

It is located close to Hoan Kiem Lake. It was cleaned every day, and the 2nd floor where I stayed had a large balcony, which was nice.

This is the worst hotel ever. They said the hotel room was ready the day before, but when I actually went there, they told me to leave because there was no room. Even though our name and room number were on the computer in the hotel lobby, it was ridiculous. I never want to see that face of the owner ever again. I spent all my time trying to find a hotel room that day, and I got sick, so it was a really messed up trip abroad. The hotel was different from the pictures. They said it was a 4-star hotel, but when I got there, it was a 2-star hotel.

All the staff were kind. It was a shame that the refrigerator didn't stay very cold. The location was very convenient, so it was easy to get around for sightseeing.
